A good answer, but overpopulation can be a bane too. Look at the traffic congestion in most cities. People scrambling to get to their places of work. People competing hard to get jobs. Most jobs will be automated by the next century so unless you get a job which cannot be done by machines or robots, life won't be easy. Zakat won't solve all the problems. Children can get sick. Special needs children are increasing in number all over the world. Medical bills, special education, therapies.. the list goes on. And when you have many kids, probably both parents will have to work. Children will be left with babysitters and abused. Not as easy as you made it out to be.

well, if machines take the jobs of people and the owners of said machines were to give zakat to those who are poor/unemployed then people wouldn't need to worry about unemployment, also don't forget there's still a lot of work that requires human intervention, like for example repairing the machines at factories, repairing the vehicles for transportation, building large complexes and paving the roads as well as a lot of farming and sailing and many other jobs are hard to automate.

Latest was the white rhinoceros (if I remember correctly). It is a domino effect. Many rare diseases will crop up. All those diseases ending in 'syndrome' due to genetic abnormalities will increase. Autism is already on the rise. Lack of housing facilities will cause cramped living conditions like low cost flats.. there's a lot more..

Nowhere in Quran is it written that preventing pregnancy is wrong. This is a rule made by people only. Remember that when you have a child and don't provide for it, you are actually doing a sin towards that innocent life. And if you want the state to support you after that, you've acted irresponsibly.
What about mental health of the mother? I want to treat my children well, I don’t want to be overwhelmed and stressed all the time, not to mention the physical toll of multiple pregnancies.
What does he mean by having children early? A woman is fertile until her 40’s which means her whole adult life would be spent pregnant and breastfeeding. I think he makes very good points ma sha Allah but there are some holes in his arguments.

She has to keep multiplying herself, ruining her body then after that all the attention and love is given to the next young wives!

I agree with your argument Sir, but there are people who wouldn't want to have many children so that it doesn't burden the wife's body. In my opinion 2 is more than enough, I am 4 siblings but but when my mom delivered her last child it was really taxing on her. She needed a blood donation too, I was really scared for her. If people want more children just adopt them
Then I think they should just be careful...like birth control/condoms etc. Since vasectomy and other permanent methods are prohibited .

Nowhere in Quran is it written that preventing pregnancy is wrong. This is a rule made by people only. Remember that when you have a child and don't provide for it, you are actually doing a sin towards that innocent life. And if you want the state to support you after that, you've acted irresponsibly.
What about mental health of the mother? I want to treat my children well, I don’t want to be overwhelmed and stressed all the time, not to mention the physical toll of multiple pregnancies.
What does he mean by having children early? A woman is fertile until her 40’s which means her whole adult life would be spent pregnant and breastfeeding. I think he makes very good points ma sha Allah but there are some holes in his arguments.
Listen that if you had twins then what you do
This is solution of poverty but the poor can't force others to give him zakat....it should be implemented by the government in all the country.

And its not easy giving birth, is it? The woman's body becomes more torn with age than men. Because of multiple childbirth. And men can marry twice, thrice, even quad. Men obviously will have more interest in the young wives than the 1st wife who lost her beauty in all these childbirth. What about the woman then? She has to keep multiplying herself, ruining her body then after that all the attention and love is given to the next young wives!
But we love you as a doctor of soul not as the doctor of body❤️
