Lucky, if you haven't already tried, you should give Citan rampart's a try. Nearly every cheater is a sniper, so you can use Citan to block their sniper shot and counter with your own sniper or grenade launcher (since Citan allows you to fire through your own barricade.). Unless they go full on cheater mode and toggle rapid fire with their sniper, you can use this strat to counter 1 cheater per engagement. 2 sniper shots will more or less break the shield, so stick to 1v1's. It catches a lot of cheaters off guard in QP, I've noticed. I stay out of trials and comp just because of how frequently I came across cheaters in the one attempt at trials that I made. I'm not good enough, nor do I have the patience, to beat out aimbotters and wallhackers consistently, so I don't even see the point in trying at this point in time. But you might find more consistent success with the Citan arms; at the very least, you can use Citan to bait grenades, fall back, and let Citan recharge. Your barricade will recover faster than their grenades probably will.

He has about 3000 elo me and my friends beat him in trials and when I started up the next game we all of a Sudden started lagging and I cancel matchmaking then our internet went out. His next game he also loss and the people who he loss to got ddoss the next game
