I've been looking forward to listen to the devs speak about Bleak, and this interview is exactly it!
I'm an aspiring game dev too and seeing just 2 or 3 people being able to come up with such a massive and UNIQUE game is purely inspiring!

Dude, this was such an excellent interview. So many focus on generic questions and just feel like promotional material for the devs, but this was a genuine exploration of the mindset of the devs and real answers.
I’m stoked to see where this game goes. I’ve been playing again recently and it’s such a fascinating world. These guys deserve way more credit than they’re being given credit for.

Honestly I wasn’t aware of this game until yesterday. Watched your review and immediately took my lunch break and installed it on my ps5. Beautiful game, meditative gaming, crafting is so much fun, combat feels really good!
only thing i hope will addressed at least a little is enemy ai/behaviour: sometimmes they de--aggro completely and or get stuck in enviroment; the part where they de-aggro is just .. unsatisfiing!
but overall: something is special about Bleak Faith Forsaken and i am happy to experience that.
after hearing what Dev (Michel (?) said, i am excited, what is coming next of Archangel Studio!!

Only a few hours in but loving the game. First game since Immortal Unchained to give me that authentic DeS/DS1 vibe straight out the gate. Exploration is crazy fun. Shortcuts and cohesiveness is impressive. Gonna finally head to the second area now after a few hours of checking every nook & cranny. Gonna miss it already lol. Great vision on his/their part & great coverage on yours dude. You got my sub 🤘

Bought the game on the night of release. Everything is awesome, but I have two suggestions: jumping should feel a bit less airy. When I jump I feel almost weightless. Also, adding a jump attack would be a slam dunk. Character creation would make this game one of my lifetime favourites. Thank you for your hard work guys.
The main character, the Collector, looks this way for a reason. Also, I understand what you are saying about the jumps, but you can cover a lot of ground with them. Feels like a leap more than a hop. Great to see that people are getting the game and enjoying it!

I was blown away when i heard coughing from a small girl, there are living areas around, and the cough was consistent to I started to to locate the sound. She has to be real. Some people have survived but are sick ;o
When the game first came out, there were survivors in Blok. Those were swapped for the petrified bodies we find in today's version. Intriguing...
@@MistaFiOth Very! The cough is not distorted either, it's the second zone I think, and there are wooden structures, just rectangular huts but with drapes so you can just see some of the interior and there are beddings on the floor. The girl coughing is from a specific one near the middle of the ladder. To me it looks like hastily built quarantine rooms. the rest of the area is metal.... I love that detail! That feeling where you feel compelled to to find the exact location and almost hoping you find human life. Poor girl all alone :(

Amazing game I play it 100% on Steam deck. Worth it every minute are amazing 🤩

@@MistaFiOth With a bit of tweaking and optimizing the settings, the game runs very well on the Steam Deck except in the city submerged in the level called Deluge. The FPS struggle a bit in that level, but for the remaining 90% of the game, it’s perfect. The universe is truly incredible. I hope they keep developing the game and adding content!

I would like to see more content creators talk about this game in a positive way.
I feel like in its current state, it truly deserves more recognition. The fact that these guys worked as a team of three for over five years and achieved such a result is really fantastic.
Yes, there are still things to fix, it’s not perfect, but I think it’s really impressive !
I’d love to see a New Game+ with new items and tougher enemies, better optimization overall, but honestly, wandering and exploring this desolate world is truly a unique adventure.
And some creature make me think about the work of Simon Stålenhag’s. It’s mesmerizing 🤩

So these are the absolute legends that made the piece of art called bleak faith! I still remember it like it was yesterday when i was first to college five years ago and i was on break in the cafeteria eating when i saw this game. I saw a discord link and ended up joining and asking all these questions about the game and if itll ever come to console. Obviously it was in a rough patch and they said itll be a bit before that happens so i waited and watched all the development and updates and finally i heard that it's dropling on console and let me tell you I almost jumped to the moon those madlads actually did it! I will always root for them and support them in there future endeavors. From the bittom of my heart thank you for bring Bleak to console so i could experience your guys passion.

I have backlog of 700 games on my series x xD I have a problem man...I decided to end my economic attack on all games by capping it off at space marines 2! i bought this and 7 days to die last night, after that there are luckily zero games of interest to me until Killing floor 3 comes out, and that's a while to go luckily xD I haven't even touched elden ring DLC or even half of the content of the OG xD even though I finished the final boss. Elden ring is PEAK

I played the game day one on pc and enjoyed alot.
I play it again now with so much new updates and to get some achievements , I had 70 hours and no achievements at all😅

It's not easy for a tiny studio to pay for exposure, my friend. Word of mouth and content creators should do their best to raise awareness, granted they appreciate the game.

Last one meaning the VERY last one? How much is your Max HP?
The game needs more save slots like Dark Souls. Game crashed and screwed up the only save file in the game. Don't recommend this game on console until it's more stable.
Did four runs in the game. It literally crashed 3 times in 70 hours. No progress was saved. What are you talking about?
