- On March 1, 2021, police conducted a second confidential purchase of methamphetamine from a man in La Crosse, WI. That evening, police obtained a search warrant for the man's residence. After they knocked and identified themselves, the man locked the door. As a result, police utilized a battering ram to make entrance into the residence.

This episode of Hoarders hits different.
This was very professional and well taken care of. Its important to remember that most addicts and drug producers don't want to be in the position they are in. It's after years of no help and support that it gets to a level like this. I hope that both of these individuals have a happy and healthy recovery.
I have personal experience with this, and there is really plenty of support out there for those who really want it. A lot of people just really don't seem to have the desire, or at least the true will, to get through it and get better. People act like no-one does anything for drug addicts, and it is really crap. You can't MAKE people seek help, you can't MAKE them follow through and actually try. I would say that prosecuting addicts doesn't help at all either, but they barely do any more anyway. In this case they are prosecuting two drug dealers, which is different.
@@user-yf2iv1rt7l obviously you have never experienced what these people are going through.

You don't want the police going berserk. With that kind, there is, I believe, an increased risk of them hitting the wrong house. 1. It is still a choice to accept that "free trial pack"

3. Even for methamphetamine it takes at least more than a week of constant use to become dependent, a free trial pack most likely would only entice a user to continue, but most likely would not be enough to get them addicted.
It is absolutely a choice and a victimless crime. I know you've been told all of your life "drugs are bad" with the teachers and school posters, but the reality is much different from what you've been fed. Here is what I don’t like about these raids. They did the raid the same day the informant was there. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out who the informant is and now he has a target on his back! Not safe!
Whatevs, even the cops don’t respect a snitch.
It says the informant purchased from him on November 30th, and police purchased from him again on March 1st. Almost 6 months apart from the raid
It does say they raided on the night of the second purchase, but I don't think they're that concerned that a 3rd party will be logging the transactions. I doubt most drug deals have much personal identification going on either. Could it increase the risk for the informant, probably. However, it could easily be last week's purchase that busted him too. They posted the info in this video, but it's ten months after the arrest.

Honestly just glad the dog made it out alright. Lol the "Living the Good Life" thing on the fridge.
I love how the MOST REPLAYED moment is the officer playing with the dog
I hate when people use their harsh “whisper voice” that they think is super dooper sneaky when it’s actually louder and more identifiable as talking than a normal speaking tone.
The cop’s lips were basically on the front door as he tried to quietly yell instructions to people.
They should have just brought some cardboard boxes to hide under while keeping an eye out for exclamation points above peoples’ heads.

This was a great raid. Did everything very well. Clear verbal exclaim, treated them firmly yet kindly, showed respect to the dog and cared for it.

Man I love how person was like
Lock door
Cop hits door with battering ram
Door opens.
that's insanity, I've never seen an apartment like that, what the hell
Man all I cared was that the dog was alright, glad to see the officer having that wholesome interaction with it
Good job done by the police, thank you.
Good job officer... probably the first love that dog has seen!!
That poor puppy. I really hope they're happy & healthy & in a new forever home full of love now.
