Sometimes I sprinkle just a little bit of Lowery seasoning salt in that oil so when you throw those kernels in and that did it gets on them and it really gives it a great flavor when you pull that popcorn out of there I'm not kidding check it out. Lowery seasoning salt with it.

Thanks for sharing. Popcorn kernels will last if kept in the freezer. 🥰

The brats and I wanted homemade popcorn and I remembered your popcorn video. We made it in the Ninja Combi using the Dutch oven pan and lid per your instructions for the Speedi. Turned out amazing. Seasoned with butter, garlic, oregano, black pepper, smoked paprika, and pink salt. Thanks Doug for your great videos!

I attempted this in my Speedi. Not sure if it was the quality of my popcorn kernels but they weren't super fluffy and half of the kernels didn't pop, and they didn't start popping until about 11 minutes in. It's probably user error. Will attempt again later.
Thanks for this video though, I would have been completely clueless otherwise!!!

@@COOKINGWITHDOUG But aren't they too small for the popcorn to get through?

What do you think would happen if you just close the Ninja Speedi lid and listen for the time between pops?

That looks like teaspoons not tablespoons.
