Thank you! The thing I like too is that it's really simple and intuitive. Once you know what it can do I find that you can go months without using it, then go back to it without having to relearn everything.
Thank you very much for showing. What would be great is if the entire arrangement can be viewed on a page (e.g. when the end of a section is reached, I would like to know what chords are coming next, etc.).
Great tutorial, i just got this and i was looking for a tutorial like this, thank you. one question I have is, does this software only have the patters programmed in it?i guess what i'm trying to ask is if we are able to input ur own patterns (like strumming patters). Thanks again.
Thanks, unfortunately not. I asked Laszlo the developer if there was a way to customize the configuration files as someone had suggested to me. He said that if you change files the results are unpredictable. He did say though, that he has some customization ideas to add to the program. However, he also expressed about the difficulties keeping this project alive in the current economic environment. I hope he does!
Hi. Liked your tutorial, is it possible to change styles part way through a song or would I need to create 2 midi files and combine them in a sequencer?
Thanks. There isn't a way to switch between the styles part way through. Like you said, creating two files is the way to go. It would actually give you more options in your sequencer because you'll have tracks for bass, keyboard, guitars and drums from each style tp mix and match.
Sorry - thought I answered before. Guess I didn't push Enter! I actually don't have a good answer since I haven't tried other ones. Have you found others that you like best?
Thanks - just downloaded the program and your tips are great as I cannot find much elsewhere - oddly including their own website. Any tips on "looping from this bar" and/or top left on each chord - "arrangement"?
I can't remember what I covered in the video. However, you setup looping by clicking just under a bar. If you click and hold you are able to drag the loop area in either direction. One quirk that I found on my system is that if you use the main Play button to start the loop, it plays from the beginning then starts to loop after the play reaches the loop area. However, if you hit the Enter key it does start from the loop area - some of the time! I think this is a bug. The reliable way to start the loop is to move your mouse inside the lower left of the bar so the the Play button shows and then click on that. You can also right click on the loop lines under the bar and activate or deactivate the loop. That's about all I know!
There are limited functions for customizing, but Laszlo the creator of ChordPulse replied to my email that he wants to add more functions but personal circumstances and the economy aren't helping.
Yes you can. I have another video doing that from ChordPulse to MuseScore (ruclips.net/video/3OXJ7qPpDqc/видео.html), but it works with other programs too. The best it seems to be able to do with drum fills is if you click the "arrange" button half way through a measure and select something like a crash symbol. However, you could add your own fills in another program using the MIDI.
@@emzeperiksz8138 Yea, having the ability to do good drum fills would be a nice update. As it is it's really a quick and easy program to sketch out ideas. That's how I see it.
Bought Chord Pulse about 6 years ago, never thought that it had all these possibilities ... awesome lesson!!

Great. I have been looking for a tutorial like this. Pls go ahead. Thanks
It is great works that help me a lot. Thank you . Look for your next clip.

Thanks man⚘️🌹💯
Thanks for the high marks!
Hello, I'm looking to make 6/12 with chord pulse and I can't find it. how to do it?
Subscribed.
Thank you very much for showing. What would be great is if the entire arrangement can be viewed on a page (e.g. when the end of a section is reached, I would like to know what chords are coming next, etc.).
I agree. That would be a good improvement.

@@GuitarBasement Thanks very much for your reply. I will persevere,
Very good video. Thanks. What Soundfont is your preferred one for Virtual MIDI Synth?

ı got to power...!!! very very thanks...
Glad it helped!
Is there a way to speed up a song automatically within the song like Free Bird at the end of the song?
Unfortunately I don't know of that kind of ability in ChordPulse.

@@GuitarBasement Thanks very much. That's helpful.
The software also has intro, drums variation and ending?

Unfortunately, no longer available in the USA due tax restrictions in Europe 😢
Right, the evil tax man. And it benefits no one.
Hello...Is there a way to export chorpulse as MIDI or "stemp" file to a DAW..? is the a way to ad drumfills beetween verse and chorus...? Thanx

@@GuitarBasement Yes, I agree that this is just a sketch pad to test out ideas. A simple DAW (like Mixcraft) should fix the drum fill issue nicely!
how much is this chord pulse
Unfortunately it seems for legal reasons it's no longer available in United States.
