Iv been running load trail love the trailer how it has rollers out side of my rails for my cans to ride on like a standard rail. My winch is in a box coverd. No problems yet. Started with 4 custom built cans been doing good. Growing every month. Just need more cans. I suck at making video's or if upload some . Keep up the work

That's your planetary gear. On our roll-off, our planetary gear shelled out when our trailer was 6-months old and allowed the bin to roll off and hit the house. Not a fun day.
Does not look abused, but anything that sits outside is going to be susceptible to water intrusion and grease breakdown. Too bad you did not get instructions or a parts breakdown, but at least the cost of parts was not on you. Hopefully you can get it right eventually!
