That's my favorite dish! Thank you for the tip about adding the diced roasted jalapenos and fresh cilantro at the end. Do you have a video on how to cook the chicharrons? I think I would add some of those on top! Thanks Alma! ( I have a big fat black & white cat too!)

My buddies wife used to make this for us when we went to Canada for our fishing trips, we would freeze it and eat on it for a few days but she would never share her recipe with me.
