This was nice, but isn't it one care plan with multiple problems. I was told that each problem is just part of the care plan. We had to have 5 problems for each care.
Different nursing schools may want you to write it out a different way, but overall the structure should stay roughly the same. I would write it out and double check it with your instructor before turning it in for a grade, that might be a good idea!💜
