I love the authors that fangirl over their own books, its always so cute seeing them freak out of them cx You asked really good questions and I loved seeing Stephanie's answers
As i've just ended reading Caraval and started getting so depressed cuz i wanted more of it - this miraculous interview just lightened up my day ! I am so glad she's already workin' on the second book. I can rest in peace until 2018 now ! Thank u so much ;)
This is exactly what I was thinking about ^^ You were sweet together ! Thanks for this interview. I'm a new subscriber... from France ! Have you ever read French authors/books ? I'm curious. In France we read a lot of Americains/English,/etc authors but I don't think French authors are that loved in your countries :)
Freedom Writer well, I'm not from USA, but I'm Puerto Rican, and I've read the little prince. And that was one of the first books that motivated me to read as a hobby
I already wanted to read that book but after watching this interview I NEED to read it! Stephanie Garber seems like such a lovely and sweet person! I loved how she seemed sincerely excited when she talked about her book and about your questions.
Thank you, this was the only interview with her I could find on YT. You ask really good questions, Hannah. I'm so glad for Stephanie's success, her book is amazing, and you can see how excited she is with all that's happening. Also she's so sweet, we talked on twitter these days and she was so nice. I can't wait for Caraval to be released in Brazil, so I can actually read it in Portuguese this time, and make all my friends read it as well.
You're so lucky you got to meet her. She seems really sweet. I'm happy to announce that I ordered the book. It was just shipped so either Monday or Tuesday
I'm so happy that you were able to interview her ! I hope this was a gorgeous experience for you! Thank you for this very entertaining and interesting video ! love love love 💕
I am so impressed with her, how humble she is. Its amazing how she talks about other authors with such admiration. Its funny she talks about Laini Taylor cause that is the one I am trying to finish simply because her new one "Strange The Dreamer" will be out next month!
Her personality reminds me so much of my children’s wonderful pediatrician , her name is Amy and she’s so damn kind and easily enjoyable to have a conversation with.
I had seen this book floating around the book tube-universe and didn't really consider it as something that interested me, but I've fallen in love with the author's genuineness and the story behind the story and I'm excited to add Caraval to my TBR shelf. Thank you!
This was such a great interview, I've been looking forward to reading this book and this interview has me so excited! I loved the author she seems so genuine and down to earth!
This was a great interview! I love how laid back it is, and it's so fun to see both of you share your excitement for the book! :D I'm definitely putting this one on my TBR.
This made me smile so much, what a great interview!!!! I love Stephanie Garber sooo much I really want to meet her she seems so lovely! I adored Caraval and totally appreciated the Julian gushing
What a fun interview! Loved your questions. I read the arc last month and really enjoyed it. I'm so looking forward to the next one (& hopefully eventually a movie!)
She’s so sweet, I loved this interview! I love the question about which book would be the characters’ favorites, that’s such an interesting thing to think about!❣️
My copy arrived last Monday from Barnes and Noble! Very excited for it and will be reading it very soon. At the moment I trying to complete a series. Hopefully in March I will read this one!
I just want to say that I got every single one of the 'characters fave book' questions spot on and I am a little bit over the moon about that now!! Caraval is my favourite read of 2017. Absolutely loved it.
Ahhh I'm so jealous. I absolutely love Caraval and I am soo disappointed she isn't coming anywhere near me during her tour. But I love your channel and I'm glad you got to do this interview.
I was literally saying game of thrones in my head when you got to Julian and then you said it😂🤷🏻♀️ Also, I just read this book and I absolutely loved it👏🏼 You are so lucky to have got a interview with Stephanie Garber I'm low key jealous 🙌🏼 and tella's perspective maybe?
Does anyone know any updates on the book being picked up?? I just started reading the series and found out it was picked up for film in 2015 and Stephanie signed the rights or whatever, but there aren’t any updates on what ever happened with that
reading her book caraval and its breathtaking everything is written like a fairy tail. it has a lot of symbolism as well. this isnt your typical ya novel. the thing that geta old with ya novels is the whole love thing. its in this book but its not in your face like most ya. im a guy so the romance thing i overlook mostly. legends private isle almost reminds me of venice its amazing read this book if you like art or symbolism it wont dissapoint at all.
Very nice, just an observation: as a writer, one should have a better command of the language. Using the word 'like' every other 3 words is unfortunate.
This 👏🏼 book 👏🏼 needs 👏🏼 to 👏🏼 become 👏🏼 a 👏🏼 movie 👏🏼 I 👏🏼 need 👏🏼 Julian 👏🏼
Ana I think it had been picked up to be adapted into a movie
Ana I love this book so much I would be willing to direct it
Its being adapted I think and johnny depp is playing Julian
@@zainabkhan9892 How can Johnny Depp play Julian!? I thought Julian is 17 y/o or something... Johnny Depp would be great for Legend though
YES
