A lot of people knock the LEXUS LC 500. They think, and they're probably right, "It's no 911". But then it's not really completing against a 911. This Lexus is a GT car, it's not an all out sports car. It's not meant to be driven hard and fast. It's for driving across a continent and getting out the other end feeling refreshed and relaxed. Think of it more of the older Mercedes benz CL or the newer S Class Coupé rival. However, if you had Anna sitting next to you on a long drive in this Lexus, then regardless of how you drove, you'll get out of the car feeling really hot and bothered. I know I would!! And why not? If she's sat next to you wearing those red gloves and looking like she does, well... If you don't get out feeling a tad flushed and hot under the collar, you have no pulse. Nicely presented, but a vad short, video Anna :-))

I love the lc series of Lexus, the sharp angles and creases to the futuristic front. I’ve always had a soft spot for Lexus since my mum owned the original 1993 shape Lexus LS 400. The current LS and LC, just beautiful plus the LC goes with you, both beautiful! 😎😁
Oh yes! Please review a few more Lexus models, Anna - and if possible (before winter comes) on the wonderful Swiss mountain passes. Those roads are such a joy to drive, if you have the right car.

Personally Anna I would take the LC500 with 5.0liter N/A Cross-plane crank V8 it really gives the car that dynamic sensation of auditory pleasure, the exterior design is just so captivating and unique which is why I love Lexus for being that way with their newer cars, the interior is just a work of art as for the exterior, for the money the LC500 isn't a bad car when compared to other Luxury GT Coupes and in the US the LC500 starts around $92,000 and to be honest its worth that price tag overall, my only main little issue with the car is infotainment system is a little behind some of its competitors, but with the LC500 you buy it to "Experience Amazing" also the LC500 is my dream car so yeah, anyways great review Anna, love from the US!!!, and who doesn't love a Lexus? or at least appreciate one

Dear GSRs, I wish more reviewers talked about the HP/Torque ratio. It is critical to understand when buying, and I believe very few understand it. Including this discussion would, IMO, help differentiate your reviews. Here is how it might go: Lexus gives you a pretty strong V8 engine with 398 ft-lbs of torque. Peak HP is rated at 471, meaning you don't have to rev the engine too high (471/398 x 5252 RPM = 6215 RPM) to achieve peak power. This saves wear and tear and extends the lifetime of your purchase. Compare the LC500 to the 343 ft-lb 6-cylinder engine inside the Porsche GT3. It needs 7656 RPM to generate its rated 500 HP (500/343 x 5252 = 7656), that means 24% more engine rotations per mile. Extracting more HP from more RPM is proportional, but wear and tear is exponential, so all-else-equal, the GT3 could require major engine service much sooner. That is the hidden price you, the customer, pays to play at this level with a 3.8L 6-cylinder versus a 5.0L 8-cylinder. A real consideration when buying.
Good to see you with your emblematic dress and gloves, Anna :). Lexus have an incredible interior quality and finish. But of course, you must not think about resale value... unless you want to buy one used... which is probably not a bad idea, considering that they age really well. i can't wait to see the rest of the video, with the V8. The main downside is it's really heavy, less powerful, rather confined passenger and cargo space, lacking adjustable suspension, launch control and sport brakes against contemporary cars.
