    I love looking at that snow covered mountain when I'm driving around town, it is one of so many beautiful sights around here. I LOVE this place, never talk about it online because it feels like a well kept secret. Thanks for spilling the beans lol!

      I mean he was NOT lying when he said it does not snow in Murrieta but the mountains near us actually DOES has snow and I have been living in Murrieta since 2018 now and it never snowed in my neighberhood or school and it might be true that it snowed here in 2014 and 2015 because I was still In Japan where I was born and raised so yeah

    What do you do if your kids want to go to university later on? There is nothing really there in that area it seems. I have even been looking into areas like San Diego like Chula Vista, but I'm not sure if it's really worth it given what you pay. So many times I am thinking of other states where you might get massive and new 4 bedroom houses. But I would hate to leave California.

      You can always move later on in life once your kids are grown/off to college. Though it's not a very long commute to San Diego from Murietta.

      My daughter just left for college this year near L.A. it's close enough that we can visit her on a Saturday, spend the day with her and drive home. You can do the same for all the San Diego schools. She sometimes rides her bike to the Metrolink train station and we pick her up 15 minutes from here in Perris. Cal State San Marcos just opened a campus here in Temecula for Business and Nursing students. We've thought about moving but could not find a place as beautiful as this that's reasonably priced. You have constant mountain views and Murrieta has the Santa Rosa plateau. Love seeing the snow on the mountains from a distance.

    I have lived in Murrieta since 1996 and have seen the explosion of housing and businesses since then. It is a beautiful community but the traffic has increased significantly over the past few years. Some of the video shots are not Murrieta the pine trees surrounding the golf course, the golf cart going down the ramp surrounded by water, etc.

      Correct! Sometimes we use b-roll that isn’t exactly specific to the city as much as we’d like to we only have so much. Just like in movies too not all shots are the exact city portrayed but similar.

    Murrieta is awesome! Safe place, clean place, great police department, very little to none homeless people. Great city!

    Quick question... How's the homeless situation in San Diego ? I mean no disrespect, but I don't want to move somewhere with trash everywhere I turn, and rising crime.

    • @lifeinsandiego233
      @lifeinsandiego233  2 года назад +3

      Downtown San Diego seems to have a concentration of homeless people. Parts of North County (Oceanside and Carlsbad) also does too. However, it seems pretty minimal after having lived in other major cities across the country. San Diego is nothing like Los Angeles or San Francisco in my opinion!
