Ok guys, here’s my review. For anyone out there that owns a Lee turret press and you are looking at purchasing this stand, go ahead and do it. I can tell you the quality, fit and finish as well as functionality of this stand is excellent. It is also built to last a lifetime and very well thought out. This stand allows me to have one higher quality powder measure that I can use for all calibers I load for on the Lee turret press. The stand is not in the way of turret changes when caliber swapping and can also easily swing out and be used independently for single stage loading. I was previously using the Lee auto drum powder measures on my Lee turret press, they can be leaky with certain fine ball powders and in my experience they can also throw an occasional random charge when they decide to “click” and hang up as they do all to often. So being able to ditch those for one higher quality powder measure was a huge plus for me. Thanks again TreeTopFlier for the great stand.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. I love getting feedback from folks who took a chance on my idea and work. Especially nice to hear from experienced loaders like yourself. Stay in touch my friend.
Hay Tree Top Flyer, I bought your stand and LOVE it!!! I would say it's the best accessory I have ever bought for my Lee Turret Pres. It Looks GREAT, and keeps all vibrations from the powder measure and in turn makes my powder throw more accurate. I like it so much, I have to give it on a 1 to 5 star review, a 5. If there was more stars I would give it the top stars. I am one happy camper! This stand is great in both looks and function!!!!
I love mine for the reasons stated in the video. I tried ever trick and multiple auto discs for h110 they all leaked. This eliminates the the problem. It also works on top of inline fabs qd mounts. How ever if you have one of the press storage brackets you have to take the arm off to rock it in place. It’s not an issue at all. Mine looks great and I could also care less if there are machine welds or Cnc, edm, made parts or anything like that on it. The function is the value.
Thanks for the feedback Jeff. I'm really glad you like yours. As I stated, Im also looking into making some accessories. It is interesting possibility... once you have a mount there you have the platform to add other ideas.
Bob Gonzalez Received my powder stand this afternoon, checked it over and installed it on my press. I would like you to know that I am very pleased with the fit and finish of the powder stand. I give it five stars Well done. Regards, Bob
@barryd.thomassr.9156 Thanks for letting me know you still like it. It was a labor of love so it's nice to hear people enjoy my invention. The current administration changed the reporting requirements for payment processors. Put me I a position where I had to pay tax on the entire transaction....no deduction for costs. To go forward I had to create a business, which I had no desire to do, so I finished my orders and hung up my welder. Thanks again my friend, it was a great experience.
Just installed mine. Ordering and shipping was easy despite issues with PayPal "make sure your address is updated before ordering" My fault. But after that was cleared up the mount was shipped and arrived within a few days. It was a breeze to install and is completely sturdy. Fit and finish is outstanding. Very satisfied. Well worth the price. I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Thanks.
This is great man! I will probably prefer this method over my Hornady progressive since I got lee turret also. Progressive will spill the powder and I noticed the seating depth will fluctuate depending on how many cases I got on the shellplate also throwing by hand seems to be more consistent than relying on actuator, I don't know why it's like that but seems to be a case for me. Turret is slower but I think it's more consistent.
Just an update on the Lee’s Perfect Powder Measure arm/adapter from TreeTop. On my 2018 Value Turret Press, Fits and works just fine. For me it was a good investment. Now I have an arm for the Perfect Powder measure and spare to use for the Deluxe Perfect Powder Measure, when I order one....or any other measure that uses standard 7/8 threads. Like TreeTop....I love being able to see the powder drop and I love that I don’t have that weight on the turret....a win win for me. Again, if on the fence....take the plunge...These stands are awesome!!!
I noticed your response 3 weeks ago, that u r on hold - i just bought a lee terret- and my auto drum powder sucks.. shakes too much.. PLEASE keep me in mind when you start back up!! i would love to order one, when you get up and running!!! thanx and be safe !
I always look back for people who ask when I start back up. Not sure if that will happen. The Biden administration is going after all transactions that amount to $600 a year in pay apps. This means I have to start a business to itemize costs or get charged taxes on all moneys I collect even though much of it goes to costs. Hard to imagine the fix we are in, doesnt even seem real.
I love the idea of this and from the reviews everyone really likes them. And chance you would be willing to see the plans to build one for those of us that have the ability to build one?? Thanks for sharing the video with us. Dave in northern MN.
Truth, I never had official plans. I had a cut sheet and a pattern that I cut out and traced. It's the base + 3/16" on the sides, cut out of 1/8 plate. The sides are 1" strap also 1/8, bent and welded to the top plate they were cut 4 11/16" each. The base vertical is 5 1/2" of 5/8" bar welded to the base inside and out. The vertical tube is 3/4" square stock cut 10 1/2". 1 5/8" up drill a 3/8" hole in one side and weld a 3/8" nut over it. Use a 3/8 threaded nob here for height adjustment. On the other end... drill another 3/8 hole in some 1/8 stock and weld a nut on it too. Now tap the nut down into the 10" tube flat side up, careful to square it to the tube, weld all the way around and grind smooth. The swing arm is 5 1/4" 3/4 square tube welded to a 7/8 -14 nut. I cut the tube to 6" trim 3 sides off at 3/4" so I can fold the remaining 3/4" side over and weld the end shut for a clean look. Drill this on that end 3/8" all the way through. The base you have to pick up the holes drilled 5/16" you need 1/8" spacers under each mount to hold it off of the raised LEE lettering on the base. I made up jigs for a lot of these tasks but the first ones were al free hand. Ive been reluctant to put this out there to the public kinda hoping I could revive this one day.
Thanks for the video. I got a Lee turret press a few months ago and thought about cobbling together something to mount my RCBS little dandy over it. My idea was pretty primitive compared to this stand. Too bad you had to stop producing them. Maybe one day we’ll be free again.
Did you get kicked off ebay or something? I used to manufacture ak parts a decade ago and exclusively sold on ebay before the booted me. There are other sites that you can sell on like etsy.
two questions - do you need to adjust your powder weight up to counter the static 'drag' of the powder dropping through the funnel and through the powder drop sleeve? And - more importantly - are you still supplying these?? I'd love to have one for my classic turret press! Thanks.
As for powder drop. I make no adjustments for the height of the drop. The powder is measured at the drum and drops an equal amount whether charging through the die/funnel or directly into a case...as long as the funnel and through die are seasoned and all the powder makes it into the case. I suppose there may be better settling in the case due to the height. The height may be advantages when working with compress loads. Sorry I stopped making the stand after shipping hundreds, I took a break. I really intended to start back up again but the new admin required tax reporting down to $600 bucks on paypal trans. This means if I don't create a business and run a separate set of books, I have to pay taxes on the entire receipt with no deduction for costs and shipping. In the end it wasnt worth to me any more, ...at least for now. It was always a labor of love and a way to connect, it never really paid for my time but I enjoyed people using something I created and built. I leave the video up so people can get ideas. Thanks for watching.
If you can offer the option of ordering spray painted instead of powder coated for a few bucks less I'm sure there would be takers & save you some headache; maybe even just primed & let the buyer finish it...As soon as I get my press I'll put in an order
I found your powder thrower mounting system by accident, I was looking for reviews and setup tips to figure out if a Lee Classic Turret was right for what I want to do. Your tuning tips and this powder thrower mount may be what's tipping me to go with it. Looks like an awesome piece of equipment you put together. You don't ship to Canada, do you?
I havent yet but I would consider it. As far as I know, there are no restrictions on this type item. Looks like UPS Canada is the way to go. The Lee Turret press is a nice press, a great combination of speed and still loading one at a time.
Sounds like it may be cheaper for me, and easier for you to just send it to Michigan. I'm close enough to the border that hopping across isn't much of an issue for me. I'll definitely keep this in mind in the next month or two.

I want one for my Lee Classic Turret! Have you ever entertained the thought of making one that will work with the Redding T7 turret press? I’d be interested in one of those too!
I'm not making these anymore. It was already getting difficult to maintain production in my home work shop and now that the new admin wants to track all payment methods over $600 annual, this project is completely de-incentivized. As for the T7, I did look into it but I was not willing to buy a press just to develop a new version.
Sorry, not making these anymore. I did give all the specs to Inline Fabrication hoping for them to produce for the community. Not sure if they will or not but they seemed interested.
I have this press too. Why wouldn't you put your Neck Resizer Die into the open hole in this setup, then you could prime at the same time. This would be my initial plan.
No reason, thats how the press is designed. In this video I was demonstrating the use of my powder stand with a drum powder measure, not my reloading process. I just happened to have those cases handy. Those cases were sized and primed on my single stage press. I was experimenting with shoulder set back and my die was already adjusted and set in a breach lock bushing. Always experimenting with new processes.
Im sorry Jamie, I make these, they are custom. Unfortunately I am not making them at this time. Not sure if I will make them again for a variety of reasons.
Im not. I made hundreds of them in my garage but it got to be too much. The final nail in the coffin was the Biden administration requiring tax id information for PayPal and other payment services. I have no problem paying taxes but I am not in a situation where I can itemize so I would eat all costs as profit. I have no desire to start a business at this time to keep from paying taxes on costs. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I would love to have one of your Powder Stands but having trouble understanding how to order one. How much are you asking for one that would work with a Lee Classic Turret Press?
Ralph, click the show more button in the video description to get more info and price. The stand only fits the classic turret press. One version is a direct bench mount, the other works with the lee bench plate adapter. You can email me at treetoptube@aol.com
If you are taking about the Lee Bench Plate, I have a version for that, I call it the Type II. It is raised up a little to accommodate the rolled up front lip
Sorry, Ive stopped making these. I Just leave the video up so people can get ideas from. New rules for paypal and 87k new IRS agents did me in. America is falling to the communists.
@TreeTopFlier Hi again, that's ok , the end game is the globslists , media and their government puppets loose and burn in hell. I read the book. So I'm optimistic. So next question is how much for the plans please?. And parts list. Your single stage stand version is ingenious. Thankyou.
Sorry, I'm not making these anymore. The current admin crackdown on payment processors over $600 was the final nail on the coffin, there were many others. I leave it up as reference material. Others have made a version of this for themselves. I do have a note about this in the description.
Yes, I started up again this fall. I make them in batches most of the time, and i just shipped the last one yesterday. I need to get time to get back in the shop.
@@survivingchicago5797 I have shipped a bunch of these, still making them. Did I ever get you one or are you still waiting? Sorry I get lost in all the online vs email names and handles. Send me an Email if you are still interested. TreeTopTube@aol.com
Sorry, I am not making these for now. I plan to make them again some time in the future. I have been tied up with other things and frankly I need a real shop, not a garage to build in. It was always just a hobby for me that got way out of hand LOL.
I'm sorry, I have stopped making these for now. Not sure when I will start up again but I always look back and send a note to people who have asked in the past when I restart making them. I really need to find a place with a proper shop.
Aww man I just ordered the Lee classic turret press and loved the stand you make I wanted to add it to the press. Let me know when you do forsure I would appreciate that and you have a client here when you do that’s forsure.thanks for letting me know.

Sorry, Ive stopped making these. I Just leave the video up so people can get ideas for themselves. New rules for paypal and 87k new IRS agents did me in.
I'm sorry, I've put this on hold for lots of reasons. I had hoped to move to a free state and acquire a proper shop. I never imagined I would build hundreds of these but that's what happened. I haven't given up yet but at this time it doesn't make sense.
Sorry, Im not making these for now. I had hoped to start back on a limited basis this winter but Branden's new tax policy makes it impossible to sell these without claiming taxes on the entire sale. I have to create a business in order to not eat all costs and shipping. I have no problem paying taxes on profit but without itemizing its a wash. Welcome to the CCP

@@TreeTopFlier if you’re in Northern CA, I have a T7 you could use if you want to take a stab at it. I’ll pay you for your time and trouble.
Great Job Man...!!!
Thank you!
Thanks for the reply. Sorry but I do not see the SHOW MORE button in your video. Need more help.
I'd pay extra if I can get you to make just one more for me.
Just watched your video hope you are still making these I sent you an email today hope to hear from you soon .
Where do you purchase the stand. Been looking for one
Im sorry Jamie, I make these, they are custom. Unfortunately I am not making them at this time. Not sure if I will make them again for a variety of reasons.
I assume that the stands are no longer available for purchase?
How are you liking your powder stand Ralph?
Will it fit if I used the Lee mount system?
If you are taking about the Lee Bench Plate, I have a version for that, I call it the Type II. It is raised up a little to accommodate the rolled up front lip
Gday from Australia.... where do you ship to?
Hello there , how much is the lee single stage stand but with a lyman 7/14 mount please?
Thank you.
Andrew Nz
Sorry, Ive stopped making these. I Just leave the video up so people can get ideas from. New rules for paypal and 87k new IRS agents did me in. America is falling to the communists.
@TreeTopFlier Hi again, that's ok , the end game is the globslists , media and their government puppets loose and burn in hell. I read the book.
So I'm optimistic.
So next question is how much for the plans please?.
And parts list.
Your single stage stand version is ingenious.
Thankyou.
Are you still making the powder measurer stand? I've been trying to contact you about purchasing one.
Pretty sure I replied to you. We will get you set up.
Price and how does a person order please? I am short on time just now and do not thave the time to sift this info out. I see nothing obvious. Thanks!
They are $69 for the basic. There are options. Send me an email for a run down. TreeTopTube@aol.com
Are you still making these stands?
How do I get one of these powder handler
How do i purchase one?
Are you still making these ? I am interested. Is email the best way to order it?
I have been trying to get a hold of you to buy one of your stands. Please contact me. I have emailed and left comment here
I understand these are not being made currently. Do you know of anyone making anything similar?
I don't know of anyone making these.
Are you still selling the powder measure stands ?
Sorry, I'm not making these anymore. The current admin crackdown on payment processors over $600 was the final nail on the coffin, there were many others. I leave it up as reference material. Others have made a version of this for themselves. I do have a note about this in the description.
I'm having a hard time getting ahold of you thru email, I definitely would like to order one
Made contact, sorry I was late getting back to you. I hope you like your stand, thanks for the order.
TreeTopFlier I would like to order one my email is jgl74@comcast.net thanks
Are you making them agaun
would you be interested in making these again? ide like to have one
Im sorry, I dont see me making these in the foreseeable future.
I sent you an email, I would like to purchase one of your powder measure stands. Not sure if email went through, so I’m posting here. Thanks.
Are you still making them?
Yes, I started up again this fall. I make them in batches most of the time, and i just shipped the last one yesterday. I need to get time to get back in the shop.
TreeTopFlier OK..... please let me know when you are back up and running👍
@@survivingchicago5797 I have shipped a bunch of these, still making them. Did I ever get you one or are you still waiting? Sorry I get lost in all the online vs email names and handles. Send me an Email if you are still interested. TreeTopTube@aol.com
Stateside shipping only. What about us poor souls in Germany?
Sorry, ive looked into it and the shipping is almost more than the stand. No one has wanted to pay for it and I dont blame them.
Are you taking orders?
Sorry, I am not making these for now. I plan to make them again some time in the future. I have been tied up with other things and frankly I need a real shop, not a garage to build in. It was always just a hobby for me that got way out of hand LOL.
How do I order one
26Nov19 - I sent an email asking for details on ordering one.
Information received. Payment sent for one unit. Thank you.
Are you still selling these? I sent you an email.
I need another one. Email sent.
Hello I was wondering how can I order one of these stands. Can anyone help me out please lol thanks
I actually wrote to you on Facebook too lol. But I don’t think you have gotten on Facebook for a while. Lol
@@themillwrightboyz1224 I established some accounts way back with social media but found them really intrusive so I dont log in and I never use their apps. I also moved to Brave as a search engine and it brakes the hard lock that google has on your devices. The down side is I dont get all the notifications. Thanks for asking.
just use the lee auto drum.
That works for some powders better than others.
How can l buy one
Sorry, Ive stopped making these. I Just leave the video up so people can get ideas for themselves. New rules for paypal and 87k new IRS agents did me in.
can I get one from you know
Sorry, Ive stopped making these. I Just leave the video up so people can get ideas from. New rules for paypal and 87k new IRS agents did me in.
I'm ready to send you some money...
I'm sorry, I've put this on hold for lots of reasons. I had hoped to move to a free state and acquire a proper shop. I never imagined I would build hundreds of these but that's what happened. I haven't given up yet but at this time it doesn't make sense.
Are you still making these?
Sorry, Im not making these for now. I had hoped to start back on a limited basis this winter but Branden's new tax policy makes it impossible to sell these without claiming taxes on the entire sale. I have to create a business in order to not eat all costs and shipping. I have no problem paying taxes on profit but without itemizing its a wash. Welcome to the CCP
Understood thank you for replying.
How can I order one of these
Sorry, I'm not making these anymore or at least at this time. Tried to note this in the description.
@@TreeTopFlier you did note it in the description I just like to push the issue. I thought maybe you change your mind. I can try make one myself but you seem to have it figure out.. It is a wonderful product, Im sad I can't buy one.
