- Lehigh Valley Coal Company 0-6-0T 126, a 1931-built Vulcan Iron Works, is well known for traveling around the Eastern portion of the United States. It is trucked in by the Gramling Locomotive Works, a family operation who maintains and trucks their tank engines to various places.
For three weekends a year, the Walkersville Southern Railroad of Walkersville, MD would host the traveling tank engine for a number of passenger specials down the old Pennsylvania Railroad trackage. The 126 put on a good show each year.
Nice video! I saw 126 at the NCTM back in 2016.
Enjoyed watching 126 on the Walkersville Southern Railroad 👍
This saddle tank steam locomotive is simply fantastic. Excellently filmed this passenger train. Thanks for showing and best regards

Awww 🥰
Well done video :)
Thanks
Amazing 😊
Ok
😢😢😢😢😢. The train is not going fast enough. It needs to speed up a whole lot more.
You don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s a tourist attraction not a means of travel. And a short stretch of track.
Dude it’s a tank engine, they’re built for switching trains around at low speed, or traveling short distances.
You just want the entire crew to get whiplash and concussions now don’t you……
