Well its an Egyptian dish so we couldn't find a English name for it. But in Arabic its called "صنية بطاطس بالفراخ". You can probably search it up. Thank you for your comment. Sorry I couldn't help much but have a great day. :)
There is no actual recipe - with specific amounts of items used. And no cooking time. And there is 'WAAAY too much salt in this recipe. Ye Gods !!! Luckily - it's only 11 minutes long - or it would be a complete waste of time. Perhaps this is a beginner - who needs to get better at including AMOUNTS of the items used - the TEMPERATURE of the oven - and the TIME needed for baking. And cut back on the salt.
I appreciate your honesty. This is a traditional recipe that my mother passed down to me. I have an updated video with more details. The salt I add is something that can be easily decided and changed by others who want to follow this recipe. So there is no need to criticize. I have been cooking for more than 30 years if that still qualifies as a beginner to you then you don’t need to watch my videos. All that have eaten my cooking have never complained but only complimented. Thank you for commenting!
This is a traditional Egyptian recipe and it is delicious!! You will not be able to find better or more authentic recipes for real Egyptian food than this. The real Egyptian recipes passed down for centuries dont have exact quantities, sorry! Thank you 3J foods for the awesome video!

Yes 😂. And we love it!
And a lot of tomatoes, tomato salsa, tomato paste, tomato sauce. Everything has to have to have tomatoes. 😂
@@emlyn9674 haha! Yeah thats so true though!
Onion, garlic and tomato is common in Egyptian recipes.A lot of herbs, medium spices "mainly black papper, cumin and cardamon" and well done.
