Thank you. I was looking for a recipe similar to how my late husband made this. He was Egyptian and I would love to food he'd make. I've made a few things that he used to make and most have turned out Fair well. I'll definitely try this recipe, because I always hated that he'd fry the eggplant.

We call it "tajine msakaa" in Algeria 🇩🇿. It was the people of Crete (Graytli in Algerian Arabic) who brought us the recipe during the Ottoman period (1515). We prepare the "tajine msakaa" with eggplants, ground beef, fresh Algerian cheese (jben msalmine), herbs, spices... Thank you for the Egyptian version, I should to try ❤️🇪🇬

Hello I made this 2x already. I love it. I didn't have fresh made sauce like usually, so I got hunts Italian flavor tomatoes. It came out awesome. Can't wait to make it again with homemade sauce. I like the way you cut it, it give you a little skin. I had it with grill chicken breast. Also I like hummus, but I don't like to eat garbanzo beans, so my 2x time I did it I added white beans. Thank you so much

This looks delicious. Looking forward to my summer garden so I can try this recipe with fresh from the garden eggplant. My only problem with this video is with placing food directly on Aluminum Foil. This is very toxic especially on the brain. Please use parchment paper to protect your health!

could it be the answer for that type of peeling, is it to do lighting of the work load on the appendix ?
so we can enjoy our food as much as we can with no problems.
    i think.
