Season 21 of Apex Legends will be releasing in a few weeks, and there will be a bunch of new content coming out!
On Broken Moon, an upcoming in-game teaser will be launching in April with some type of collision in the sky box.
Alter, the newest Skirmisher Legend, has been revealed and should be releasing in Season 21 of Apex Legends.
Alter's abilities seem very similar to Wraith and Ash:
Alter's Passive: Gift From The Rift - Alter can remotely interact with a box to claim one item, but it cannot be armor.
Alter's Tactical: Void Passage - Alter can create a portal passageway through a surface.
Alter's Ultimate: Void Nexus - Alter can create a group point that all allies can remotely interact with to open a phase tunnel back to that location.

Is there a legend based around stealth?
Make a character like mirage, but useful.
I know they won’t but make a busted character.
Make the passive so scanner legends don’t work on them. Bloodhound, Seer, etc can’t track them.
Tac can quiet team footsteps for a short time. Not completely silent, but softer than usual.
Ult can make team partially invisible for a short time. Like Halo invisible, where you can still see their basic shape.
Call the character Gumshoe, and make their background something about being a detective.
Something, portals are boring.

"Season 21 is a few weeks away"? No it's not, we have pretty much one week before split two starts then after that we'll probably have to wait over a month for the next season, season 21 won't be out until at least May

@@noah-kx6gz there is a count down on the main page of the lobby where you do everything it's in the top left it'll take a few seconds because it switches from days until season is over to the name of the season

Its a skirmisher legend,of course its gonna have mobility abilities!
It's gonna negate a lot of controller powers. Just walk through a previously solid wall, do a bunch of damage, then go back to a high ground reset point and do it again
Plenty of controllers can subvert this.
Rampart and caustic can block it.
Whilst Cat and watt can trap it.
And since it's only one, if a good team can predict where the port will be, they can trap them.
But of course, then theirs the idea of multiple alters, in which, alters would still have to fight everyone else who are also trying to enter a building.
As a caustic main I don't even mind. I accept the challenge! Could be fun. They should have introduced her during the controller meta tho

Well you know she is void themed so its kinda normal she has portal/void related abilities like Wraith and Ash and when ash came out everyone said she was a wraith 2.0 so nah

Her name is ALTER, she is the alter of the legends so it makes sense for her to have a mix of other legends’ abilities
I probably don't mind her overall design as much as some people considering she's basically just a knockoff wraith, but I'd love a character based around sound. Their passive could be like enemy footsteps are two times louder for them when within a certain range their tactical could be that they throw a speaker that will play either gunfire are footsteps sounds to disorient enemies and the ultimate could maybe be something that either mutes enemys audio within a certain range or make allies sounds silent or quieter

The game doesn’t need anymore skirmisher legends
Think after this one it got to be a new recon or defense legend
Skirmisher and assault seem to be the easiest (and most “obvious”) classes to make. I say obvious as they usually have higher pick rates than other classes. But I bet you or me could come up with at least 3 unique, realistic and balanced skirmisher or assault concepts in an hour, whereas it’s harder to think of an appropriate legend for one of the other classes, especially controller.
This game needs a new legend evey season, a new weapon every season, and a new map every year

Was hoping for a new weapon and some bug/map fixes. The game really doesn’t need another skirmisher. Let alone another legend.
Nah new legends and reworks are great, just not SKIRMISHER legends unless it's truly unique (this isn't) also reworking crypto and ash would be great too so that they're more viable when you play. Along with new maps.
Crypto can't be reworked without becoming a completely different legend i would know i main him plus I can think of ways this legend could make the game more broken

Her passive is good if you find a random deathbox, but you dont want to stand in the open to loot it, so you can use her passive to check and see what's in it and see if its worth your time.
Also, the no armor swapping is perfect, cuz the last thing we need is another quick way to armor swap
I was thinking this would be perfect for rezzing team mates. Just toss an extra mobi in a deathbox and have that one at your ready to pull from. Now you basically have two slots for mobis, heat shields and evacs

As much as if love a new movement legend, we don't need another. Can't stand going into pubs getting linked with an octane just from them to drop hot, get knocked and DC. All these people come to apex thinking they are gonna get titanfall movement make the game soooo bad because they always do that.

It's a good thing they specified that she can't pull armor out of a death box seeing as how there is no armor inside of death boxes
So Alter's Tac is Janus (SMITE) Ult but only through one wall and her Ult is Hoopa's (Pokémon Unite) Ult. Neat :D
I'd say the tac is closer to Bard E from league, since that's exactly what it is
