Do you have to touch the cold cranking amps while the battery is actually cold and hasn't been started in a while or is it okay to test it immediately after you shut down the truck?

What should the ticker be at the voltmeter gauge when the truck is on the ON position and while idling please answer both

Set the multimeter to volts, when idling it should be around 14volts

Replace all the batteries at one time even if only one is bad ! 750 CCA batteries will last longer than the 925 CCA batteries , their plates are spaced father apart in the battery case .

You have to check at the base of the stud or put a nut on there and tighten it. Otherwise false reading.
