    Colleen, so helpful, thank you so much, it's exactly what I needed to hear after feeling down on myself for knowing that I'm an emotional eater and not knowing why that's my "go to". Will try your suggestions to see what fits me best, thank you so much for sharing!

    I have started to color lately...its a really good way to not have to speak and to just figure out how i am feeling without giving into any emotions that are flowing. ❤

    Wow, Colleen! I never considered identifying my emotions as a way of controlling emotional eating. It really makes sense, though. How can I find the solution without knowing the issue (or the emotion)?! I think it’ll really help once I know what’s been bothering me. I’ve felt like an emotional rollercoaster over the past few weeks, and my eating habits really show it. 😣 Thank you for your insightful content!
