The 200 plus lands requires at least 2 units to March there, I suggest sending 4 of your troops there to capture the land with strength level of at least "slight edge" if not barely a scratch or evenly matched. Soldiers should be tier 2 or higher. Buy troops at the market if you can spare gold if you have no resources to craft your own. I will put a video for easy level ups to max out your units to level 45 quickly so you can have more troops and power to conquer lands easier.
