I don't understand why some people seem to think that white is the only color that is important. I am white, 87 years old and white is just another color along with all the other colors that people are but should not be considered the best. God made us all and to him we are all important to him and we are wasting precious time worrying about what color we are and what color others are but look beyond the color into what a person is and this world would be a better place.

Take only 1 and 2 world war both started by countries in Europe with a white population costing ca in ww1 20 million people and in WW2 in Europe alone ca 45 to 50 million people their lives. The US did not start this no they came as a help in both wars even thow do not forget Germany declared war on the USA in the WW2.

Cabin crew have standard operating procedure for unruly passengers which would be activated as soon as safety is being compromised.Unruly passengers must be cautioned as it mught lead to unsafe situations.

Racism and discrimination have no place in our world, especially not in public spaces like an airplane. Banning her from traveling could be a good step to ensure she doesn’t continue spreading such hateful behavior. What would have happened to this innocent man if he had not been an FBI agent?
Security should never talked to him they should have let him leave the plane. He did nothing that cabin crew was worried about or spacious of him. The woman was the one not following directions of the crew. She was unreasonably during the whole flight.

Watching from Auburn, PA and it’s 1:47AM. Great and realistic story and reminds me that prejudice is still alive and well. Miss busybody had her comeuppance moment after complaining the whole flight about the airport security verified that the Black man was an FBI agent and not a threat.

I admire Malcolm’s control. But I think Karen should have been and put in some area of isolation while on the plane. When airport security was summoned, Karen should have been questioned. She should have been escorted off the plane citing civil disturbances. She was asked too many times to calm down and to sit down tempered with threats of removal. Had the situation been in reverse, the plane would have been turned around or landed and Malcolm would have been arrested.

Great story. FBI Agent is commended on keeping his cool during this horrible Karen’s rant just because the color of his skin. I know exactly how he feels as I’m also black and have experienced racism on and off the job . I’m watching from a city in the Deep South. To be honest the pilots should have landed during the flight and had Karen removed and arrested for harassment of this passenger. Would have served her right. For me this story is about never Jude a book by its cover. Loved ❤the ending.

I can’t believe this woman was allowed to behave as she did on a 3-hour flight. Absent a sky marshal the agent should have identified himself to the crew and “Karen” could have been dealt with immediately. She should be on a watch list like any other terrorist. The pilot could also have issued a final warning and had cops waiting for her. She should have been removed and questioned to determine whether she was composing mentis. I’ve just lost an hour I’ll never get back.

Karen, should have been given the choice of community service in a diverse community. Or give a monetary donation to every passenger. With an apology letter to the FBI agent. Special agent Malcolm, truly was professional for the entire flight.

This story is unnecessarily long. Repeating the same things over and over again. How many times can you say that he has felt in this position because of his color? How many times does she go back to her seat and “seem” like she’s calming down? Flight attendants don’t let things get out of hand like this. Twice and you’re off the plane! This is an exaggeration or fabricated story for clicks.
