K-40 incident report:
"On 3/7/2024 at approximately 3:25 pm, Troop K Dispatch advised that Pike County had a person flee from them in a black
colored BMW sedan bearing the license of (NY) LCL5347. I was on patrol in the area of State Highway 53 in attempt of locating
this vehicle. I met a vehicle matching the description southbound on State Highway 53. After turning around to confirm the
vehicle, I had lost sight of the vehicle. I continued southbound on State Highway 53 and regained sight of the vehicle on State
Highway 51. The vehicle then made a left turn onto State Highway 53. Once I turned onto State Highway 53 from State
Highway 51, there was a log truck in between us. This section of State Highway 53 has a double yellow centerline not allowing
for passing. I was able to catch up to the vehicle I paced the vehicle at speeds ranging from 75 mph to 90 mph in a 55 mph
zone. After activating my emergency lights and siren, the vehicle fled reaching speeds above 100 mph. The vehicle was being
operated in a manner with complete disregard for human life evidenced by driving in the opposite lane, passing on blind
hills/curves, and speeding. As we approached the overpass of Interstate 30 at the 63 mile marker, the vehicle drove into the
oncoming lane and then executed a hard right turn onto the on ramp. Due to the combination of excessive speed and the sharp
right turn of the on ramp, the vehicle lost control and struck the raised concrete gore with the driver side. After impact, all
curtain airbags deployed and the driver door opened. Myself and Trp. Jackson Daniell #157 ordered the driver and passenger
out of vehicle. Both driver and passenger were placed into handcuffs and into the back of mine and Trp. Daniell's patrol unit. I
later identified the driver as Stanley A. Gill Jr. (DOB: 5/22/2001) [REDACTED] who after an ACIC check.
The passenger later identified as Malik Smith (DOB: 3/9/1997) showed to [REDACTED]. I read Gill his Miranda Rights and asked why he was running, why he was passing a log truck on double yellow, and why he was going head on with a dump truck, to which Gill replied "I don't know".
During an inventory of the vehicle, we located a bag of medication in the back seat that was prescribed to a "John Lipusz". After
contacting Pike County Sheriff's Office, John Lipusz was the third subject in the vehicle that Glenwood Police Department had
in custody when Gill fled the traffic stop with Smith as a passenger that initiated the BOLO. Gill is booked in on the following
charges:
5-54-125(d)(3) FLEEING - FELONY - VEHICLE OR CONVEYANCE - SUBSTANTIAL DANGER OF DEATH
27-50-302(a)(2) RECKLESS DRIVING
27-51-301(a) DRIVING LEFT OF CENTER
27-16-303 DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE
27-51-104(b)(1) IMPROPER OR UNSAFE LANE CHANGE
27-50-302(a)(7) SPEEDING - MORE THAN 15 MPH OVER LIMIT
I still say there should be a "Being Stupid" felony charge for this bright guy and all the other ones like him that do this kind of crap.

Yeah and most of his driving way over the speed limit was with zero warning to everyone around him. It's the law that when driving recklessly while not following the rules of the road, to use emergency warning lights and siren. This guy is doing 100 mph in 30 mph zones with zero warning. Cops kill innocents all the time because of cops like this.
@@CriticalThinker27 how do you figure there was no warning? I believe he had his lights and his siren going so what else do you want? That's about all a police car can do that I'm aware of.
115mph on a 2-lane road with blind corners & driveway connections with no lights or sirens. How easy would it be for someone to pull out of or into a driveway or be walking across the highway to their mailbox? What would the harm be to have lights or sirens on?
@@eldridge201 he did NOT turn his lights and siren on until he made contact with the suspect car!
he blew through Hollywood and crossed hwy 26 without lights and siren. he then ran the yield sign at 51 and 53,
again, no lights, no siren. everybody on that road was at risk with him traveling those speeds!
As a cop once told me: "You may be a good runner. You may be a good driver. But you'll never outrun the radio." That's why cops hunt in packs :)

That LEO had to be focused through a very stressful chase and arrest. Then he got the chance to have a real human reaction. It made me grin.

The first half of this video, driving as fast as possible down curvy roads, is the only reason I would ever want to be a police officer in the current times.
Driving and accelerating down curvy roads is extremely dangerous. These ASP Troopers are highly trained for such incidents. Trust me, no one wants to drive like that ever, specially LEOs. It's just part of the job that requires tremendous focus & control. These troopers are more than prepared to handle such driving maneuvers. May the good lord continue to protect all LEOs serving & protecting us citizens. 🙏🏻

Man those back roads are the most desolate roads in the country damn near. It wasn't until about 6 minutes in until I saw the first vehicle. Maybe I missed one because I did Fast Forward a couple times but I watched most of the video up until that point. Shoot, even after he finally caught up to the driver, the roads were still pretty clear for the most part until the last few minutes.

These law-and-order authoritarian states always act like "pursuing and incarcerating criminals" is some kind of major contribution to the economy... the reality is it's the exact opposite and one of the reasons their infrastructure is so piss-poor... it's like they want to police the state to the point that nobody is left out in public except police officers...
