H-29's incident report:
"On September 18th, 2024, at approximately 12:19 PM, I was traveling northbound on N 6th Street. I observed a red Dodge 3500
matching the description of a vehicle stolen from Ozark, Arkansas headed southbound. I turned around and tried to get behind the
vehicle to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle immediately began running stop lights and driving very recklessly. The vehicle was
running over 100 MPH southbound on N 6th Street. The vehicle was running stop signs and red lights at over 100 MPH. The vehicle
turned westbound on Garrison Avenue and crossed the river into Oklahoma. The vehicle began driving westbound in the eastbound
lanes on Highway 64.
The vehicle went off into a soybean field and ramped drainage ditches. The vehicle began traveling southbound on a dirt road toward
the Arkansas River. Once we got to the end of the dirt road, the vehicle ramped off into the banks of the Arkansas River. The driver
(Tyler Jones) and passengers (Dusty Gregory and Kali Paul) ran on foot from the vehicle. The driver jumped into the river and began
swimming away from me. After ordering him at gunpoint to swim to the bank, he began to swim towards me.
After the driver was up on the bank, I began telling him to get on the ground and he refused to comply. I tackled the driver to the
ground. Once on the ground, the driver refused to put his hands behind his back. After striking the driver in the chest area the driver
complied and was placed under arrest. The passengers were located a short time later hiding in the bushes close to
the truck.
After placing all the suspects in Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office vehicles, one of the suspects (Dusty Gregory) stated he
wanted to talk. I went to the patrol car, opened the door, and read him his rights. Mr. Gregory stated he knew where a stolen
Kubota lawn mower the driver (Tyler Jones) had stolen was. After getting the location of the lawnmower, the Sequoyah County
Sheriff’s Deputies transported the suspects to the jail.
I went to Fort Smith to try and find the location of the stolen Kubota Lawnmower. After a few minutes, I located the lawn mower
at 3714 Johnson Street. I contacted the owner of the residence (Jimmy Joslin). Mr. Joslin stated that Mr. Jones brought the
trailer and lawn mower to his house and stated he needed to leave it there for a while. He stated he didn’t want it on his
property and suspected it to be stolen. I called the Kubota dealer and had them run the VIN on the mower. The mower was
purchased by the City of Van Buren. I contacted Lt. Steve Staggs with the Van Buren Police Department. Lt. Staggs stated the
mower was stolen from their city.
I went to the Sebastian County Prosecutor's Office and obtained a warrant (Warrant#2024-WCF-736013) for Mr. Jones for
felony fleeing and theft by receiving."
I hope they charged this idiot with destroying that corn field.
I was thinking the same thing up here in Canada.
Me, too.n
Cpl. Matthew Price is excellent. Thank you for your service Cpl. Price!
What a great chase!!!!!!!!
This chase was MUCH more of what I expected out of Arkansas.
I love the way our LE, Oklahoma, and Arkansas talk to suspects. No bs, no sympathy, no response to their lames excuses... just straight forward tough talk.
Yep, they're appropriately PC.
Indeed! I watch a few of these videos from other states and I despise the coddling and allowing the suspects/criminals to take charge of the situation delaying the process…
Especially with the underaged drunk drivers… they’re too soft with them!
Thank you ASP for all you do for the state, country and all the law abiding citizens. You are greatly appreciated.
That farmer must be pissed.
Absolutely!
Won’t that be part of claims against the driver.
He drove right through one of the sprinklers!!! 😮😡
@@janinebell763It had better be!
A pleasant jaunt over the meadows and thru some woods, ending down by the river. Grand Ma's house was never an option.
🤣😂🤣😂
She probably doesn't like him anyway. Lol
That Trooper was determined! Like the Canadian Mounties, they always get their man!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lol, thank you duck
This pursuit is beating the hell out of the cruiser, the cost of repairs should be added to his fines and I'm sure he'll have some.
If the trooper was in a car they would have gotten away
The good news is that the farmer's roadside stand had a sale on creamed corn that weekend.
😂
Lmao. Fantastic
This is no time for corny jokes.
😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥲🥲

😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🥲🥲🥲
welp so much for the car wash, lol
I always like to do a quick cruise down the interstate at 130 mph to dry off the car. lol
Nice mix NST. I saw this video on another channel earlier, but it came up short if you compared them. Always looking forward to your publishing.

I hope they make them pay restitution on all the crop and land damage
your cornfields are smoother than our roads here in Pennsylvania!!!! LOL!
Now that’s funny
I agree
Guess this dude thought asp was scared to offroad! customoffsets should outfit a special truck for their off-road chases!
Thank you James, not only for an excellent video but the flawless editing and presentation! ❤
I've said it before! What a beautiful state!
Thank you!
It is, I agree! Always thought my little corner of the world - South East England - was green and pleasant but Arkansas from what I've seen on this channel knocks that out of the park.
What a Ride!
Looks like I'm making coffee for this one !!
soy beans are not corn
Got em! Nice job officers
I'm goin' through a corn field. 😆
Wow! This one had everything!!
Gotta love the AR highway patrol.
How many more left before the black challenger?
@naturalstatetransparency
all of them...
You’re welcome,
That pursuit was very interesting! Cpl. Price was like a beagle on the trail of a rabbit. 🐇 Great job!
Whatever is planted in those fields, it can't be corn. Our corn stalks here are 7' to 8' tall.
It’s cool that both Cpl. Price and Sgt. Elmore are K-9 handlers. I was thinking about the dog being bounced around in Price's SUV while they were off-roading. I noticed that the unit isn't marked "K-9 Caution" like most places do and their dogs are very quiet.
The K-9 deputy that I used to do ride-alongs with had a dog that wouldn't stop barking. 🤯

@@wpeale71341 Thanks.
Thank you, NST!
What I find amazing is the driver immediately after being cuffed states he works for Shelby with DTF and the female says she's also working with the police?! Why is it that CI's working with the police continue to be a menace to society and rarely get the appropriate sentencing for their crimes?
Trooper Elmore at 35:13 ... "What are you doing?" ... the thoughts of every ASP Trooper on any pursuit, ever, anywhere.
Damn NST I’m agreeing with another commenter, I’ve seen a short version of this before but they left out best part. 👍Great video
I typed in the coordinates of the gps on my maps and looked at it with a satellite imagery. So close to both Fort Smith and Moffet.
That’s no boat that’s a space station!
Граждане арканзасцы! Скажите, вашей полиции каждого дежурства по новой машине выдают или как?!
Probably one that just got out of the body shop from another incident. They keep their auto mechanics busy. That is for sure.
What an absolutely WILD RIDE! 😮
A job very well done by all involved ❤
James, loved the outgoing music!! Jasper was super talented! So on to the video. Three people in the STOLEN truck, two of them were just getting a ride, didn't know each other (right) and she didn't know the truck was stolen, whine, whine, whine, jeez louise! Put them all in jail in Oklahoma, make them sit there a while until the warrants come in from Arkansas and then throw them in jail. Driver sounds like a habitual thief anyway, SMH! Thank you James this was a great one!! Stay safe everyone. 😎
Good morning NST, James, family and friends! Since I am usually sleeping when these drop at night, I have a great morning with you! And this morning, I get the beautiful Arkansas sky and that wonderful “Trooper Accent” that I don’t hear on others. Thanks James for all you do. We greatly appreciate you!💙❤️💙
12:50: H-29 accidently pushes his EMERGENCY button on his portable radio. Those are confirmation tones that dispatch received the alert. Followed up with 13:02: "Fort Smith to H-29, 10-50 (are you OK)?" by Troop H Communications.
I bet farmer is pleased with perk destroying his corn field..troopers will have to have 4 wheel drives if they’re going to keep these pursuing up..
Dude thought that was the Rio Grand 😂! Nope, that’s the Arkansas River! Have fun in the booty house! 😂😂.
Dang!!!!! Now that was one of the best pursuits I’ve ever seen! Pure tenacity!!!!!!
Great job, guys
Matthew you sounded so calm so relaxed until you got of your car ha ha.😊. You have a accent like ours in ga❤
Great video James! Thank you! Hope you all have a blessed weekend.
NST, what is the series of beeps @ about 3:05?
Volume up or down tone.

I’ve noticed, out of many, you do your best to respond to as many comments and questions as possible! Much appreciated!!!
Corn field 🌽🌽🌽is dry, traffic is light thru field😅
Another rocket scientist criminal, “He’ll never track us through here!”…….
Now that corn has been oiled and ready to pop.
Great pursuit NST ! Good job trooper!
The troopers got it going on
❤👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you 👍🏼
@NST question who's calling out that the intersections are clear?
No one was secondary on this one and Price was solo with K9 in the back. Just him.
@@NaturalStateTransparency ok thanks was just wondering since he was shouting it out guess he does that to CYA
A lot of the do this. I thin it's a good safety habit.
@@Janterjay well policy says that you must stop at all intersection and stop signs but we nerve never called out that it was clear not sure if it had to do with the fact that we were in 2 man cars
Why do you keep turning the mics off? It makes the video get boring.
I'm sure that's how NST receives the files. ASP will cut the audio if it is necessary.
It's usually the police who mute certain parts of the audio recording before releasing it into the public domain. I believe it is done to avoid problems arising if things like personal calls are taken or background check info is being discussed.
Outstanding pursuit through the woods and over the farm land. The Trooper stayed in the hunt. STAY SAFE OUT THERE TROOPER.
Back in the day Talking 80s I ran in the corn fields and jumped into blackberry bushes ..
I laid there till from 9 to midnight 😂😂😂 i figured I never got caught because nobody else was dumb enough to dive into wild blackberry bushes....
That was the first and last time I got STUPID....
The river bottoms outside of Moffett, OK have 3 things: farmland, natural gas wells, and some form of nefarious people up to no good at all times. What I’d like to have seen were all the criminals and crackheads already out in the river bottoms that heard sirens that day and ran back to Fort Smith or Roland like cockroaches when the lights come on!!
you know civilization is circlin' the drain when you can't even farm corn without a bunch of thievin' crooks ruinin' your harvest for miles cause they don't wanna go to jail, absolutely shameful
This video lets me know that I don't wanna buy a retired Arkansas State Trooper cop car 🤣🤣
Hello everybody, and welcome to Oklahoma! Love the chase. And shame on the thieves.❤❤
Great job. Lived here my whole life and when they jumped into the corn field it was like done because you are going in the river!!
CPL Price wanted to see what his skid plates was made of great job NST and the Arkansas State Police
Oh good. A clean windshield. And great video as usual!
“Mother of God”, has every LEO seen Super Troopers?
Good morning James, NST family and friends!
Thanks for the upload, NST!
That's a measurable loss to a crop yield
They're makin cop circles 👽
Be careful out there guys I'll be getting
Porque no enfocan ala persona que agaran
This right by my house lol
Bless this trooper like
Who do these people go to?
Like
Can anyone explain why some of the Arkansas State Troopers wear a light blue shirt and others wear all black?
Yes. All black-all cloth Class “C” uniform. Used as drug interdiction and bad weather days. The light blue uniform is the standard issue “class B”.
@@NaturalStateTransparency I appreciate the info. Love your videos.
How deep is that river right now? I can't believe he drove right into it!
Drowning in a vehicle is one of my worst phobias.
Please tell me they will pull it back out of the water?
Hi Mary Beth, I'm not sure that he actually drove into the river. If you read the trooper's report it says "the vehicle ramped off into the banks of the Arkansas River". I've always regarded the river bank as the solid ground right next to a river so I'm thinking maybe he ended up just short of the water.
@@petecollins4925 For his sake I hope so. It did say he was trying to swim, though.
Either way, he deserves some jail time!
Where he ran off would be shallow even if they made it all the way in. That side of the Arkansas River right through there usually has steep banks and the river has not been deep lately. It would be recoverable.
@@Dan-s5v Thank you 😊
OMG! Did he run over a dog? That’s horrible!
11 minutes of chasing and an hour twenty of "get your f'n hands up." Like a bait and switch! LOL
This cop needs some updated training on how to handle stressfull situations because he sounds super emotional telln him hes gonna shot his if he dont lay there,.wtf kinda shit is that??
