Love this! We moved to the village 2 years ago from London, and I always describe Sawtry with the population of a small town and the amenities and feel of a village. Thanks for the vid!!!

      Nice one.
I moved there in 1966 and had a brilliant childhood when it was much smaller. Went to both schools there and carried on visiting whilst my parents were still alive.
      Happy memories.

14:27 - You've a stray graphic for Newton Road which is off Fen Lane and not near Gidding Road - hope you can re-edit - nice vid BTW :-). Last time I flew over the village was in a Robinson R22 from Conington... why are car-inertia seatbelts fitted to helicopters? (rather scary as no passenger door either..). Drone seems much safer...

      Good spot.
It'll have to stay though but yes it's incorrect.
      Thanks

Lived there from 2009 to 2012. Spend MANY nights at Greystones! I was proud of being the local Yank!

Nice one! I grew there as a kid.
Subscribe to my channel as I post a bit from the local area and I did a very funny video where me and my old best mate went back to Sawtry to cycle around all the old places we used to hang around.
I'll be posting more so hit the subscribe button and bell to be notified.
      Cheers George!
