As a GDS BPM; I can understand how dangerous was this post. Everyone thinks that the duty of postal inspector was only to inspect B.Os and S.Os but if you get this job u will get the incharge of Asst Supdt of Post offices which was the next promotion of postal inspector , u will get same salary as of inspector and u have no power to refuse , it was mandatory to take incharge of Asp if higher authority ordered u. Then the inspection duty was given to OS mails and u will take care of whole sub-division which was not an easy job. Each sub-division have atleast 100 b.os and more than 10 S.os under which every b.os have 3 GDS and each S.os have 2-3 Postal assistant and too many MTS and Postman, OS mails etc..U have to control all this staffs and no one will help u. In another equivalent post u will provided a special chamber for working but here u will get the whole building to rule. This job is only for those people whose communication skill was good bcoz u have to attend debates regularly , u have to do public dealing regularly and as sir said u have to deal with GDS everyday even that our Asp create a official whatsapp group and he message anytime even in midnight ; once he messaged me at sharp 2.00am😂. If you get this job , everytime u will thing when u will get retired😂😂.

Dept exam se 2023 me pramot huwa hu। in 8 month me maine jo anubhav kiya hai uske adhar par kah Raha hu postal inspector bahut worst job hai। Per month target koi infrastructure nahi koi facilities nahi. Naye sub dn bana diye gaye hai par na office diya gaya jaha baithkar work kar sake, na laptop mila . Target ka bahut pressure hai।

Rural areas par log sirf post office ke through hi paisa lenden krta hai. Letter to pehle jaise nhi bhejte koi lekin ,atm card , cheque book,adhaar card, ration card yeh sab kuch logo tak pouchate hai . Service kuch jagah par achha nhi hai bcz of lack of staff. 1 akela post man (gds) 12k salary wala hilly area par daily 30-40 letter akela kaisa 1 din pr deliver karega.. upr se ph no. Bhi nahi hote kuch pr. Post office ke through hi central government rural areas par connect rehte hai. Post office ka privatisation hua to koi kiu ispr paisa rakhega! Pura department bandh ho jayga.. email phone karke sab ho sakta hai lekin . Official documents ke Hard copy email par to nhi bhej sakte. Post office kahi nhi ja rahe.
