@@buildhuntxplore I was unclear in my comments. There used to be two D-rings on the side, plus the single one up top. My 4.0 20L had all 3. My newer 25L only has the one up top. My 25L was the last one before GORUCK put their name across the back. Sorry for the confusion.
The major question is whether the 2 plate pocket still allows you to pack it out with actual gear (i.e. jacket, gloves, head lamp, etc...) It looks like the 2 plate pocket in a 20L would negate the needed packout space.

Great video. Didn't they took the two D-rings out of the newest version? I had the original 4.0 in 20L, but changed to 25L. Great bags for sure.
