Start with simple words like Hello- Bonjour How are you- Comment ça va Etc Then learn the rules Eg. To eat- Manger ( infinitive) I eat - Je mange You eat (informal) - Tu manges We eat- On mange/ Nous mangeons They eat- ils/elles mangent. However I do recommend improving your English as I see you are practicing. It is easier to learn one language at a time. So you don't mix words up by mistake.

Movement and reflexive verbs get the "to be" assistance in the past tense. Finally sinks in for me as I bathe this morning! Lol.

During lockdown I think that some new be started so I started learning French language I m beginner now so what. I do I m from India 😀
You have to improve your english.
Start with simple words like
Hello- Bonjour

Etc
Then learn the rules
