All of these mice & cats in the video are different versions of Tom & Jerry. Some of the songs are remade and a lot of the sprites got remastered. I disable the miss sound effects so the music will still play out perfectly. I'll be playing it on very hard mode for all VS Jerry songs for weeks 1, 2, and 3 along with the secret songs. The mouse mod has over 30 songs available and a few cutscenes before and after the week. This mouse mod is as awesome Mickey Mouse.

24:56 For those who don't know this reference, it comes from a Tom and Jerry episode from when Jerry and the other mouse (I forgot the name but I'll type it down it I know the name) were Mouseketeers.
I don't know what episode it was but it was an episode when the king wanted Tom to guard the food for a big feast or something tomorrow or it'll be off with his head. That's when that other mouse sang this reference you heard right now while he was making a sandwich for him to eat. Hope this helps!

It's strange to me that returning to this update mod makes me somewhat nostalgic for some reason.
Unlike the other "perfected" mods released recently, this one powers through all its flaws and small inconveniences and replaces them, remakes them, or creates them into something better.
Even though this update isn't "perfect", it still has some heart and spirit of what the creators wanted, and that to me makes this nostalgic.... :)

Tom's vocals in Desire or Despair are honestly pretty awesome. It nails a very unsettling feeling and honestly this might be my favorite part of the update. I'm also just really impressed at how Tom works well as Starved lol. But I wish I understood what he said tho, it sounded like some really cool dialogue.

36:56 I'm not sure which is surprising: The fact that Lighting is here at all, or that I actually remember him.
I'll try to explain it: This guy is from an episode that I forgot the name of. After Tom got knocked out a wagon he was riding in, he ended up at the castle where this battle takes place. Meanwhile, the scientist behind lighting in the mod switched the brains of a cat and a dog. So when Tom see's a lighting protecting Jerry, he's confused. Eventually Tom finds the area where the test subjects are kept. He's essentially thinks he lost it at this point. Then Jerry roars a Lions roar, Tom breaks completely and runs out out the castle screaming, and that's how it ends.
And I know I might've made this sound like it kinda came out of a creppypasta, but in reality its just a classic episode with brain swapping shenanigans at the beginning and end.

I can only say... this is beautiful, literally, I see a lot more potential in this than other mods that people consider to be "amazing" and are highly anticipated, Bruh, this is too underrated, I'm also sick of seeing the typical angry kid sick of creepypasta mods, what happens to people!? I'm just saying, the more you complain and the less you wait, the more will come and be even better, like this masterpiece, it may vary in some things, but it can improve for the better if it's managed correctly, I'm proud of how well we started the community this 2023, and I want to see how it continues to evolve, I don't even know why there are people who leave, they miss out on such good things...

either Jerry is a lot bigger than we realize with Tom just being freakishly huge or BF is just shrunk down to mouse size (even thought Jerry can open/close doors)
I really hope people start making more triple trouble covers and adding to the mods, its actually a creative idea to honor Sonic exe cancelled mod. (And because i like it too)
