This book is so good. I'm in week 2 but the insights I am gaining about myself and other areas of my life have been helpful. It's not just exploring creativity for me, but also my spirituality and reconnecting with faith, and courage. My favourite task so far is the 10 tiny changes. I like that the activity encourages you to make the list of all the things you'd like to do, and set them as goals.

this is really helpful, thank you ☺️ i've just started reading the book but having a look forward helps me to know how to prepare and set time aside for the programme!

@@birdsbirdsworms best of luck in this journey! I hope it’ll be a straight path for you but I would suggest trying to be gentle with yourself if you do fall out of the habit at first xx

@@thetrueholybob434 it’s honestly the best habit I’ve ever implemented. It’s been so interesting looking back on my journal seeing how much stress I was holding in the first month or so and then gradually creating more space and clarity

Great video! Have meant to do this for years. I bought the book back when it first came out and then even repurchased (more than once!) when I couldn't find my copies, lol) However, I wasn't ready for it then. This video has inspired me to get a current version - with the workbook - and jump in. Thank you for this well-timed and much needed reminder!

Hey Hallie. Thanks for leaving this message, it means so much to me. I would completely recommend going through the process. When I originally bought this book (maybe 18 months ago) I was not ready for it. I still may not be ready for it but I'm ready to at least use the basic tools and to endeavour to get through as much of the activities as I can and using it as a guide for when I face difficulties going forward xx

Interesting how the universe works … I’ve started doing morning pages (inconsistently) some time ago and have been thinking about something that mirrors the idea of artist’s dates. Then I started seeing this book and now I stumbled upon your video! Thank you for sharing it, I’m not sure that I am ready now to jump on the program and I’m happy that I had a chance to have a glimpse of what’s inside the book. I’ll definitely come back to it when it’s time! Good luck to you on your artist’s journey ❤

@@ararefish_ serendipity is a funny thing isn’t it? The exercise I found very helpful was making a list of activities you enjoyed as a child and trying to see how you can make one of these happen over the next week. I find random art events or workshops that are on that I’d never usually go to
