Don't let anybody tell you not to use Sweet Baby Ray on pork ribs. Sweet sauce caramelized on fatty pork ribs is 100% the way to go! These look amazing.

Wow Dr. Sprinkle-Time you’ve done it again!!! E.J. Cooking Ribs makes me feel hopeful that the world is going too be OK. E.J. For a Nobel Prize for Ribs!!! Now I feel guilty for buying beef short ribs. A baby smelling like Smokey ribs is better than most baby smells, besides if babies weren’t washable nobody would keep them. I’ve never used Beechwood because I always associated it with Budweiser and it being “Beachwood” aged, and I don’t care for Budweiser, but I love Sweet Baby Rays. Every time I find something that more complex that I like, it always becomes more complex too find or was a limited run, or your Sister has too go to the back a restaurant, in the bad part of Paso Robles, too score you a few jars of Miss Oddette’s Special Report, no longer sold in stores. You can get SBR anytime, anywhere, anyplace . So thanks again E.J. For doing a video about Ribs.

I like the spider but I still want a RT-B380 BULLSEYE because I don't have to take off if I need my kettle for something else! Great video as always and a video idea since costco has three packs of ribs how about doing a video using your pitbarrel cooker, spider attachment and the slow and sear with your red kettle!

I've used numerous smoke tubes, both home made and commercial. The only one that works to perfection is the one made by A-Maze-N. Never had a problem with it. (No, they're not paying me to say that)

What kind of smoke do you get without the tube?
Without the tube it’s a very gentle smoke flavor. Typical of a lot of pellet grills. I liken it to wood shavings heated up in a hair dryer, which sounds unpleasant but it’s not. Just doesn’t get as Smokey as I’d like
