Wouldn't mind seeing some sweet and sour ribs. I used to mess up some s&s pork loin and it's real good. Rice wine vinegar, worcestershire, soy, brown sugar, pineapple juice, tomato paste (or ketchup, less sugar/vinegar if ketchup)

If you ever do them again with the maple wood, sweet baby rays makes a maple bbq sauce. It would be quadruple maple then and make the Canadians even happier.

Mark Offutt interesting! I checked my local store and they didn't have any maple flavored BBQ sauces (I didn't look very hard). I also have a couple gallons of the original sauce that I have to get through so I made do with that
