Brass should be harder then Aluminum. I would say not work.

what kind of aluminum are you using, how hard it is?
What feedrate would you recommend when doing 0.1mm passes? How do the pass depth and the feedrate scale with tool diameter (I'd like to mill with the included 3.17mm tool)?
the tool included will maybe do it but stay not long. I will try more in detail during my holyday maybe a Christmas Video...
