Hi liza, for your filipino barbecue, you can make your own marinate. based on the available ingredients in your place. you only need black pepper, lemon, 7up or sprite soda, sugar, soy sauce,paprika powder and tomato sauce or ketchup. You just mix it and put in a meat for your barbecue it may be pork or chicken and marinate it overnight and put it in the refrigerator. during your cooking you can brush the remaining sauce in the meat or you can also brush tomato sauce while cooking it will enhance the taste of the barbecue. when you eat the barbecue you can dip the meat to a sauce made of lemon, soy sauce, chopped onions and tomato and chili (if you want spicy)

Thank you for helping the dog. We have 2 rescued dogs and the story in this video made me emotional about the dog. ❤❤❤ Pickled cucumbers, yummy! It's a good appetizer. Nice garden barbecue with family.
Liza! You are a wonderful neighbour. That dog is so lucky to have you as a friend. Also, may I suggest something in doing your barbecue so it will be more delicious? First, try to marinade the meat or chicken overnight, if possible. And second, as you are barbecuing get a kitchen brush and brush the excess of the marinade as you are barbecuing. You can also use a spoon carefully if you do not have a kitchen brush. That way, the meat/chicken will not be dry and it will be more tastier. You can also google the recipe of Filipino BBQ in case you run out of the sauce that Andrey & your Mom brought from the Philippines. It is very easy to make with simple ingredients like soy sauce, brown sugar, salt & pepper, garlic, a little peanut butter and the secret ingredient is pineapple juice. If you cannot find pineapple juice, you can use 7-Up soda or Sprite. Just Google the proportions, for sure you will find a lot of Filipino BBQ recipes online. We adore your family. That duck has a green neck and a dark body, its beautiful. In Philippines, most ducks are white and loves to get dirty. 😅 And they are mostly chicken best enemy because they always take their food. 😅
