I had been watching since the beginning of your vlog, beginning in Russia, I had notice that you don't use any serving spoons or laddle. It is not only in your family but also other vloggers. Ummm..We normally dont add bay leaf in our pancit, only in adobo. Also, dont forget to add browned garlic. Makes it tastier. Also, yes, you can add shrimps and even sliced hard boiled egg in pancit. We add the egg afterwards. You may also want to add lots of cabbage in pancit. I prefer mine with lots of cabbage. You should try it. See if you like it. :) Just a suggestion.

you can use also snow peas in pancit conton instead of green onion and slice tofu, instead of chicken meat beef or pork, so that Andrey could eat the pancit canton also because he is semi vegetarian
