First, I don’t know why anyone would pay $70 for a $40 card…
Second, I won’t go anywhere NEAR those mega boxes. I’ve seen cases of each 23 chrome product ripped, and you only get 1-2 #’d color in a hobby or Jumbo box in 23 chrome, but you get 4-5 #’d color in a breakers delight box, WHICH WE CANNOT BUY. Only breakers can get them. I spoke to a breaker and he told me that he paid his distributor $275 a box for breakers delight, and they’re currently reselling for almost $600. Now I wouldn’t be upset about this if the public got a chance to buy those boxes, but we weren’t able to… it pisses me off GREATLY that a large portion of the product that we chase (the numbered color and numbered auto cards) were held out of the hobby and retail product only to be put into boxes that only breakers can buy just for the opportunity for breakers to fleece us even further. It’s not right.
So fuck 2023 chrome, and fuck topps for doing that, I’m not spending a dime on chrome this year. I hope more people realize this and stay away from the product as well because topps segmenting the product is bullshit.
If people turn them in for the buyback there is less of the cards in circulation, plus graded 10s xfractors of ohtani are higher than the buyback

Ouch on those boxes. The first chrome box i bought was a $30 value box and i pulled a shohei negative out of it. I've been hooked on them ever since but that's still the best thing I've got so far

Love the XFractors, but not a fan of the price on the Monster boxes. I think the best value for retail is definitely the blaster boxes. Surprised the last Shohei was a $70 card, what a hit!
Same about watching baseball. I've collected the cards for a while and didn't even watch it. Ohtani has changed that for me. I love watching it now. Keep up the awesome videos bro. Great video! Debated on the monster box today, but got two blasters instead. Wasn’t disappointed. I’ve opened 3 blasters and a hobby box and I have to say retail is almost right up there. I know that’s not a big sample. May get a monster box this weekend to attempt to pull some good stuff. Thanks for sharing!

The buybacks have been my best card in most blasters. Most have been ohtani including /99
I saw these at my local Wally World and passed. Love Topps products but just a bit too pricey for me to pay for baseball. Solid product though.
