The Quality Control on 2023 Topps Chrome is really high to go with Print Run according to Scottie B Cards at 150,000-165,000 for the base chrome Cards. Would not be surprised if the Adley Rutschman, Corbin Carroll and Gunnar Henderson surpasses Ronald Acuna, Juan Soto and Shohei Ohtani from 2018 Topps Update in PSA Populations. This will be the most over Graded set to date at PSA by this time next year. 🤓
