I’m not a fan of the product. Too much money for no guaranteed auto. And not enough parallels to make up for it. Rather put that money into multiple boxes of Chrome Platinum Anniv. But thanks for the video Stryker!

I like the fact that you mentioned chasing sets be it parallels to singles. You give fresh ideas even if it's not entirely to your benefit as a ripper and I applaud you for that.
The reason why the price of these premium boxes go up is because those who can afford them already have a lot of disposable income on their hands. Those who are being priced out at release wont even think of getting one as the price goes up. And for these to cost $350 a box… I could buy a new TV with that money
I didn't get any monster hits like you but again I didn't do a whole box I just did pack's the best card's I pulled were a Bobby Witt Jr Super Nova, Corbin Carroll Planetary Pursuit The Sun and a Cal Mitchell Tacofractor /5 😢
I don't fully get the appeal of the set, but I'm mostly a flagship collector. The tacofractors returning is...interesting...but makes me wonder what other sets will have them to fill out what's turning into a really big set all of a sudden.
I think that not having a guaranteed auto may be the biggest turnoff for most people? The stuff isn't cheap and to not got one and only a couple of colors, makes it hard on a lot of peoples checkbooks.
My only concern is the print run going from 1500 cases last year to 4000 this year. Just not scarce enough for the price, even though the design is pretty cool.

I know it’s hit or miss but it’s something I want to do with my kids now

I cannot get over how striking that planetary pursuit card is. Hard to appreciate in just pictures all the colors in the background. Would be a CRAZY chase but such a cool set to have all 10 for one player.

I have told you if you wear the Braves hat you hit better 😃 Vaughn seems to have a ton of upside but I am not sure where he fits on the Braves unless he moves to LF. Maybe next season the battle for SS opens up again but the Braves do not seem to want to play him there.

Sorry but this release just isn’t as good as last years and for basically the same price a much larger print run? No guaranteed auto, mediocre hits per box. Just not feeling it.
Got to give it to Topps, as a person getting back into collecting since 2020 I was panini over Topps but this year they have really been doing their thing.
This is a sexy, sexy release. Probably-as per what you alluded to in the video-out of my price range but if I can get in some breaks with the product I'd definitely love to hit some. (I think I probably won't-lots of fiscal commitments in September-but we'll see.) More likely I'll-say it with me-try to grab some singles, lol.

6:30 I get it, but I cant justify $~400 a box for two refractors and no auto. Not even Metal Universe Hockey for the past 2 years hurt me that bad.

I love the design of these cards but I really think these should’ve been retail for kids man. The kids would LOVE this product.
