And the funny thing is, Urdu ki kisi bhi text book main advanced level pe bhi, aaj tak Urdu ke sab se pehle wakil Ameer Khusro ke bare main kuch bataya hi nai gaya, ya phir Urdu ki taarikh ke bare main hi kuch add ker dain! I agree ke Urdu text kabhi bhi umer ke hisab se nai banaya gaya. Main 5-6 jamaat main thi jab humain Ghalib, Meer Dard ki ghazlain samajhni parti thin, jo tab na to pale partin thin na un ka dard hi mehssos hota tha. Atleast 5th grade tak bachon wala hi nisab hona chahiye.

It's so frustrating to hear people speak grammatically incorrect English mixed with basic Urdu.

    i dont think so
We should select one language either urdu or english and apply it to the masses by changing your whole education in that language for the new generation
    For example
The new playgroup or kg 1 class will learn only english or urdu and will study it all their life
these mother languages wont go extinct no matter what we try by if their is only one language either english or urdu
the pros are more then cons
