there is a new model of the arborist 130 now available so it would be best to contact greenmech directly for the current pricing of these machines.

How do you get rid of all the waste,is that trailer a tipper?

Hi again. Back then we only had a trailer but now we chip into a transit tipper. The chip produced is sold to our maintenance clients as mulch. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for the reply, the only choice I have is the local tip, minimum charge 44quid.No matter how much you take you have to pay for 1/2 ton which is the set minimum for green waste

If it's small scale work then take a look at the cs100 greenmech chipper too.

Hi, the chipper has been great for the 4 years we have had it. Greenmech have updated the design for the current 130 models but the basics remain the same. Thanks for watching and enjoy your new chipper! ^5 James

how do you find the greenmech 130? is it any good on knarly crap like apple branches or something similar to that? hell of a lot of dust off that crappy conifer?

Hi Chris. We have successfully chipped all sorts of brash with the chipper and it will chip knarly branches as well as any other chipper. Of course there is some preparation of brash required but the majority of brash gets pulled in just fine. There was a lot of dust from that conifer, so much so we have since updated our risk assessment to include dust masks as additional ppe.

+Kent Gardening and Tree Surgery , hey bud glad to hear about ppe, it was the first thing I did get concerned about, im not sure if you know but the spores off london plane are carcinogenic, also iv been very sick after the dust of scots pine, but back to the chipper, I'm stuck between the greenmech 130 and a tp lindana 130, the tp doesn't seem as quick as the 130, and also the tp is only a single feed roller!.
whats greenmechs backup like? and spares?
      regards chris

+chris grayston Greenmech after sales and advice is superb, tech department are always at the end of the phone. The engine on ours is the Briggs and Stratton so it has three year warrantee and any problems can be sorted by your local Briggs dealer for free. Good maintenance is the key and keeping oils and lubes up keeps downtime to a minimum. You wont be dissapointed with Greenmech

+Kent Gardening and Tree Surgery , thats cool, my local dealer is either somewhere in soton or exeter and nothing in between, if only they had more local dealers! but thanks for your experiance, alot of woodchipper companies, seem to have gone down the pan, greenmech seems to have got better compaired to what the used to be like! :)
