Because the speed offense which is what you are talking about does not work in the NFL and when you have the injury history that Lamar has running your QB a lot isn't the best thing to do that why running QBs have a short window

Henry takes a while to get going. You have to keep feeding him. He got barely any touches. And if he is in why not do a fake handoff and run with Lamar. Run the ball and run the clock.

Dan O is 100% correct in the defense being able to predict pass or run depending on personnel on the field. A lot of teams have this same problem when they run 2 RBs. Henry is competent enough to be in passing schemes.
Henry takes a while to get going. You have to keep feeding him. He got barely any touches. And if he is in why not do a fake handoff and run with Lamar. Run the ball and run the clock.

Teams know when henry is in he's running the ball and the key to stopping henry is tackling him before the line of scrimmage and not letting him get a full head of steam
