The whole trilogy was awesome, but this one is my favorite! I love this song. I've listened to it like 5 times already after making this reaction video. 😂 And Corey Taylor's appearance surprised the hell out of me. Thanks for watching, everyone!
I agree. Love all 3 songs but this one is my favorite!! Also the line you were wondering about is: "It's hard to believe, the American dream is a killing machine." Deep shit. Thinking of getting that tatted as a quote. Keep it up.
He was punk rock, pop, back in the days, after music video alone, he stepped into rap, n people hated it, shit Myspace days 2013 wise, been following ronnie since his old band escape the fate, yes, he went to jail n was kicked from escape the fate, n started falling in reverse in 09ish, idk u got alot of fun music to listen to
Okay, Ronnie will surprise you, "the drug in me is reimagined" but you have to listen to the drug in me is you first. It's very... pleasant to listen to. Just a clue
Bro, i love your channel so far. You need to react to "Champion" and "Rolling Stone" you will see genre bending and mixing unlike anything you have ever heard. Cheers brother.
You gotta check out Bloody Angel by Avatar, the song is so fuckin dope man, they come from Gothenburg, Sweden and the song is about a guy working as an officer at a soviet labor camp, it's really dark but man it's lit
"I'm not saying I'm an atheist..." All it takes is to start questioning things and before you know it you'll most likely identify as the most feared "A word". Lol! Love the videos, and I'm officially subscribed. Question everything!
@@KurtisB What I really respect is the fact that you commented on that line. A lot of other reactors either cringe during that line, or ignore the line completely because they're afraid to say what they're really thinking. Thanks for the great content!
While you're on the FIR kick you should do a double header of the drug in me is you then the drug in me is reimagined. That shit will blow your mind with Ronnies talent
I’ve always felt that the videos has a strong element of drug addiction in it. The first one is him using it and the part where he is going to heaven is the bliss that comes from using. The second one is where his need for it changes him, hence his blond hair. The end of the video has him (dark hair) coming back from the dead and challenging his addiction (blond hair). The third one has him killing his addiction but when his eyes open and glowing it has to do with you never really get rid of your addiction. That need, the hunger, is always there and will never go away. His daughter is what keeps him grounded . As someone that has overcome an addiction before, I can relate deeply.
I❤ur reaction especially when u weren't expecting Corey Taylor 2 just pop out of nowhere lol & Corey did this feature 4 free. Yeah both of his parents were addicts, his mom abandoned them when Ronnie was 8 mths old so his father got clean 2 better raise him & his brother. I believe his brother became an addict & got clean, Ronnie became 1 as well then went 2 prison where he got clean. He was kicked out of Escape the Fate when he got sentenced, he formed FIR & wrote a lot of their songs while still in prison. He 4gave his mom & did get 2 meet her, I think she was sick/dying from all the drug use.
Dude, you gotta check out Ronnies early music, Escape the fate. Dying is your latest fashion is an absolute classic. He's had mother issues since the early days. The day I left the womb is deep af.
@@campnou69 The American dream is to be able to live comfortably financially, physically and mentally. The problem is that most of us work our asses off just to make ends meet and have to deal with all the social and racial injustices on top of it.
If you haven’t already, highly recommend listening to and maybe reacting to “Orphan” by Slipknot. Also was wondering if you’ve ever or will ever do a Metallica reaction?
Since you're liking Falling in Reverse I'd say check out his old band Escape The Fate. He was only with them for their first album but their stuff with his replacement Craig Mabbitt is fantastic. That or some Dance Gavin Dance, I have a feeling you'll love them
If you're wondering who that dude in the hat is and you don't know who it is that's Corey Taylor from Slipknot (Nevermind other comments have you covered Lol)
He says I can't believe the American dream is a killing machine. We're all falling in love with a new disease, if it's killing you then it's murdering me
he moved is lips at the beggining saying everybody on drugs like he knew the lyric ! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
day 4 of requesting hypa hypa - Eskimo callboy please react to this song it shows that metal doesn't need to be serious and is also here to make fun. love your vids
If you want to react to another music video trilogy I'd recommend The Repentless Killogy from Slayer. The videos are kinda gory but very interesting to watch. The music is also very awesome and intense! Edit: the order of the videos is - You Against You - Repentless - Pride In Prejudice
Bit much for someone only just dipping his toes. Bands like slayer you need start with the classics or the catchier tunes like Stain of mind. Soft approach wont scare him off. If every reaction channel like this started with napalm Death they would run to the hills.
If you have a dual monitor set up have the lyrics on second screen for your reactions in case its a new band or a song that you couldn't really hear clearly
Love your reactions , now you can do the songs, the drug in me is reimagined, alone, superhero, brother, pray, chemical prisoner, i don't mind, it's over when it's over, wait and see, goddamm, raised by wolves, I'm not a vampire... just a few that you schould check out.... keep rockin' 🤘👍
You still got Popular monster yet. Also may i suggest Jump da fuck up by soulfly next. Loving your reactions as its reminds me of my own experiences with new genres and crossovers. May i also suggest some Rage against the machine
Hehe don't get me wrong I like FIR but I love Corey you should react to Slipknot instead 😹Corey's been rapping for forever on a epic level he's on a whole other level then let's talk ruclips.net/video/vtJN4XkaG2I/видео.html

I'm not even a fan of rap. But he is capable of making it cool for me. I love it
i watched the Corey part about 50 times, ive heard this song since it came out and for some reason never knew he was in this.

I forgot how much harder this track hits with the video. Also CC on drums!!! Love him!!!
"The American dream is a killing machine" so much truth.
What is the American Dream and how is it a killing machine?

This band really isn't my thing but that breakdown with Corey is hard as hell
Not sure if you realized but that was Corey Taylor from Slipknot doing the screams during the chainsaw part.
Yes! I recognized him and it was awesome. Just didn't expect it to happen. 😂
