Personally I prefer the 2 charge every turn first, because it allows you to hit the breakpoints of charge characters so easily, turn 2 Mind Whip and Rip Space can REALLY speed up some fights, or just help you line up your stuff one turn sooner.
Thanks a lot for the boss guides so far. Surprised there's no Google doc guide out yet ever since RR2 released. Hope you can cover rest of the bosses and the cycle differences next (especially for Centipede). I really wanna get sub-150 though I don't have anything at UPT4. I only have IDs you have here and all egos at UPT3. Is UPT4 required at all for any egos and ids? Also I noticed you didn't have some egos (in secondary and some third slots) loaded. Was wondering about whether there's any best ones to bring for RR2 or a benefit to not loading some in?
Oh I just didn't bother as I didn't plan to use those egos. I think for this RR u definitely want fluid sac and pursuance at UT4 the rest are up to you as I dont use them very often. R ishmael, W Corps must be uptied 4 as it makes them crazy strong but as u can see i left the rest at UT3.

Beat him with W Corp team + R Heatclif. A lot of Charge artefacts. First boss after Kromel that I could manage.
