Unfortunately they do not handle kids under 4 at all at Nick place. As a matter of fact they would not allow my 2 year old to enter even with parent supervision which is why I couldn't get footage of the inside.
They do offer babysitting in another area of the resort for children under 4 but they charge either $15 or $20 an hour for this service and there are no organized activities there.
When I go here I want to fill up the bathtub with warm water then stuff it with the bed sheets and pillows. It would be so much fun to jump into a bathtub filled with soaked sheets

No we went in October of 2021 and did not experience any foot or mouth disease but we did get bit by little bugs outside on the property. So bug spray is advised.

I wOuld agree that this is one of the most thorough reviews. How long are the time share presentations?
It depends on you and which sales rep you get. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes but I talked to another guest who spent over 2 hours in there.

How many days did you stay? How many do you recommend?
Stayed 3 nights. That was long enough for us as it didn't seem very lively. Maybe because we went during a slow season.
