Great session, Chuck! I learned a lot, and I have a question. I have the m2m working on forms, but my client's requirements require me to provide my application in a service portal. Do you know if there is a pre-defined widget that I could use to put a m2m table on a portal page? Thanks, again ...
Thanks fro the comment, Robert. What exactly are they looking to do with the M2M table? Are they looking for a similar experience to relate records to another record (e.g. the list collector aka "slushbucket")?
@@ChuckTomasi Thanks for the reply! I need to be able to do CRUD operations on the m2m table, such as adding another association between the two tables, or deleting an existing association. For example, if I had user groups and users were the two related tables, the user groups would be the main focus of the page. Then, I would need a widget that would allow me to add or delete users that are associated with the group at the top of the page. Basically, what adding the m2m relationship to a table does to its default form. I hope this makes sense :)
It depends how your licensing is set up. Any time you have licensing questions (tables, users, transactions, etc) always reach out to your account team. Even if I get the right answer here, it may be the wrong answer in 5 years when someone else reads this. :)
Now I realised what m2m stands for in ServiceNow system 😁
Thanks chuck on this detailed session.

If you want to skip the intro and jump right into many to many, go to 10:37
I wish this was in the video caption. Skipping back and force killed the desire to continue
Great session Chuck :) Had a question, does a M2M table count against a custom table subscription?

Hi Chuck, the Code snippets link is no longer valid. Could you please update it?
Thanks,
Dave Johnson
