Una ópera maravillosa,muy bien interpretada por ellos. Juan Diego Flores es muy bueno cantando todo lo de Bellini , le va muy bien a su bellísima voz.👏👏👏🌹🌹🌹
Mr. Florez understands ornamentation (fioritura). One can hear it in his phrasing. Also, he is able to act with facial expressions that complement the music and the drama combined. His is more than a vocalist -- he is an actor and musician. As for Ms. Dessay, she has a naturally beautiful "instrument." She is a natural actress IMO, and of course she has what I believe to be a solid and sound technique. Florez and Dessay are believable in these roles and there is a wonderful compatibility between them.
