Thank you so much for showing the whole process, I'm trying to troubleshoot it and everybody skips that. Also haven't been on for the better part of 10 years lol
This works well. I have searched the web for recipes ruclips.net/user/postUgkxEf52Yn9PpTLKua_uvi5Ams4pIDINER52 There are a few in the pamphlet, but I am ready to explore. NOTE: Once you hit start, don’t mess with it or the dough will not rise. Learned that the hard way.
A me piace cucinare e quindi anche impastare a mano .Ma ho anche la passione degli elettrodomestici e tra i tanti ho anche mdp che adoro ,spesso la programmo alla sera e al mattino mi sveglio con il profumo di pane😃

Why do you measure ingredients over your bowl? With all the excess falling into the bowl, you might as well not measure it. No wonder the bread came out looking like a brick.

It's true that making fine bread manually is easier than with a machine. It's also true that manually the result is often much better, especially if you are not experienced with the machine. When you make bread by hand, you don't need to measure the ingredients because it's enough to add everything by sight and feel, and you can fine-tune the dough very easily as you knead it. At the same time, it's perfectly possible to make excellent bread with a machine. You need a good machine that's capable of different manual adjustments such as temperature control and upper/lower heating possibilities. The problem is that cheap supermarket machines are usually crap. They have a few automatic programmes and basically no manual adjustments. The only thing you can adjust on them (with some difficulty) is time. That's nonsense, of course. Actually, an oven, or small mini-grill is much better suited to making bread than a supermarket-grade breadmaking machine, because it has twin (upper/lower) heating coils, an effective temperature regulating system and a time switch, too. Good breadmaking machines also sport these features, but they tend to be very expensive, at least 10 times the price of a good mini-grill. If you have a really good breadmaking machine and you know how to work with it effectively, you can make just as good bread as by hand. But even with a good machine, you need time and perseverance to perfect your machine baking skills, just as you need to learn to sew with a sewing machine. However, if you know the ins and outs of the machine, you can make consistently good bread with it faster than by hand. The average user, however, buys a cheap machine, has some unsatisfactory results and gives up well before being able to put the machine to good use. To sum it all up, an average user, one who only wants to bake a few loaves of bread occasionally, doesn't need a breadmaking machine, especially a cheap crap, which can only produce bad results. The average user doesn't need an expensive machine either, because it's not very sensible to buy an expensive appliance for making a couple of loaves when you can buy all sorts of excellent bread in bakery shops. Good, expensive breadmaking machines are for the serious user, who wants to make several loaves of bread every day for an extended period, and sacrifice a great deal of his/her time to that activity. For such a person it's worth to invest in a machine that can speed up things a little bit, and over a long period it can return its high cost in saved time.

Respecter une heure de ressuage avant de couper le pain. Mais bon , pour le savoir , il faut un minimum de connaissances en boulangerie.....😂

Why sugar in bread ???
Sugar need for yeast to get action.
Wherever you add sugar you will add salt, wherever you add salt you will add sugar! Also for yeast
It depends on the wheat the less it have glutine it needs more sugar to help the action
@@kisszoli0307 For us with diabetes don't need sugar

Bread machines are a total waste of time and money, they make a horrible loaf of bread or what I call doorstops.
lol get some baking lessons
