OMG Naztazia! This is a different type of Mosiac Crochet! Very interesting stitch, LOVE IT! 💋. I think I just found my new zipper bag stitch! Thanks so much for sharing!🌈With love, peace out!✌💙💛❤🖤💚💜💖
Dear Donna Wolfe 🙏 ...it is a beautiful stitch ❤️....Can you pls tell me what kind of yarn, you have used in this pattern ..I mean weight...thank you very much for sharing very informative videos 💕
@@naztazia just want to say something…..I have watched videos upon videos on certain stitches BUT you are my to go person to really get the technique…I am a visual learner and I can watch and watch and I get it but then I come to you and BAM 💥 it all clicks Natalia Thank you for that and also your amazing talent and patience for doing what you are doing 😘😘😘💗💗💗🙏🏻
I generally use whatever hook is recommended on the yarn label for the weight of yarn it is. In this case, I am using a size 6 mm J hook. Any other size can be used as well as long as it is comfortable and the yarn works with it.
Yes absolutely! That's probably one of the safest methods. You can lightly steam acrylic as well. The only thing we can't do is put direct heat on it (like from an iron) because there is a chance the fibers will melt a bit and get all out of shape.
You can learn how to adjust the playback speed of any RUclips video yourself. Click on the gear * icon, then select playback speed, and select .5 or .25. That will slow the video down ALOT for you.
Treble crochet creates too "wobbly" of a stitch that wiggles and doesn't keep the nice vertical shape when next to the other 3 stitches. Elongated double crochet keeps its shape much nicer with this pattern.
Thanks for watching! Hope you like this stitch pattern!
I was gifted with a full size blanket with this stitch in 1987! It is still beautiful.
Easy simple but beautiful....thank you stay blessed always

I like it nice
Could this be adjusted for working it in a round? I would like to make a hat with it.
I have a question. On the second row with the pink are you alternating going through both loops and back loop only every 4 stitches?
can we convert the sc stitches across into a treble crochet stitch?
Lindo!!!!😘
Is there a benefit to using an elongated DC rather than a TC?
Yes, the treble crochet is too wobby and doesn't keep its shape as nice with this pattern.
@@naztazia Thank you!
Hi beautiful pattern thanks Sandy Kasi South Africa Kzn Durban Sandy Kasi 🙏🙌❤
Can I ask what size needle you used for this ribbon stitch crochet? Any size hook or if I saw it right is it a J thank you for your reply

Hi there! Can you block acrylic yarn with water??
Yes absolutely! That's probably one of the safest methods. You can lightly steam acrylic as well. The only thing we can't do is put direct heat on it (like from an iron) because there is a chance the fibers will melt a bit and get all out of shape.

Instead of elongated double crochet, wouldn’t it be easier to do a treble stitch instead?
Treble crochet creates too "wobbly" of a stitch that wiggles and doesn't keep the nice vertical shape when next to the other 3 stitches. Elongated double crochet keeps its shape much nicer with this pattern.
