Impressive project and very nice design but I am not quite sure did the designer got some consult from structural engineers? Cause I saw some really thin floor with mass swimming pool in very large span without any columns support which a bit ambitious for me.

Martin Ferrero made an exquisite work in virtual world, giving an image to many people dreams about good living. Tropical secluded rocky island with a gorgeous inside-outside living house. what else can someone want? For me more tropical fruit trees and solar panels to be more self sufficient hhhh :) Congrats to architect Martin Ferrero!!! We make the future ;)

Agree. Chinese Feng Shui philosophy is never to build on cliff of ocean, and never build on sand, because sand is part of ocean. Too precarious! Build on land, but never on top - too exposed to wind. Build between hills for protected shelter.
