It looks like he is smoking in USA. That "Cohiba" is the American version from Silencio brand, not the original Cohibas because they can not sell and buy cuban tobaco in USA
65% or 69% doesn't make a difference, all that matters is roughly 70% and the feel/smell/taste of the cigars that have been stored. Anyone telling you otherwise doesn't know their shit. Even on really expensive high end humidors the hygrometers have a tolerance of 5% or more.

I've been thinking about buying that RP lighter you use. I have a Prometheus Magma X, it's a beautiful lighter but trying to get the thing to light up is garbage for the amount i paid.
Thats not true, most cigar smokers use jet flames because you want to "toast" the end of the cigar. You can do the same with a regular soft flame but jet lighters are way more efficient.
Yes, it's a humidor. Cedar humidors are always good looking but you can make a much cheaper and more efficient humidor with a tupperware and a 60g boveda pack of 65~72% humidity. The famous tupperdor.
@@euclidera I’m glad you wrote this comment. I want to start storing cigars. It’s not about the price, but more so for the efficiency. So Tupperware method is superior but not as good looking?
@@victorjaramillo858 Exactly. Wooden humidors have lots of variables to care about and potentially troubleshoot in the future, whereas tupperdors are so simple you can not go wrong with them. One of the main benefits of tupperdors is the control of humidity, even in great wooden humidors there is a leak of humidity which can cause innacuracy and shorter life span of boveda packs, whereas tupperdors are hermetically sealed. Been using a tupperdor for years now and never had any problems. Perhaps I'd eventually give a nice cedar humidor a try but I think I'd rather spend that money on cigars lol.

The sahakian brothers from london tested it , they aged cigars in and out cellophane , turned out the one in the cellophane tasted better
The cellophane protects them. And if you have different brands and strengths, the flavors will marry into each other throwing off the flavors.
Thanks everyone for the advice! I’ve been keeping them in the cellophane recently because of this and other sources.
