For me it doesn't matter if he is out of tune, because he is the best singer I've heard live ever! :D
He has perfect pitch.
He is a little flat but Its probably not even that he's tired, if you've been on stage you'll know that the music is so loud it's just a distorted rumbling, especially with earplugs in and so he probably isn't able to hear the rest of the band clearly. I think it's most likely that because he holds his notes perfectly and doesn't sound strained or shaking pitch or anything.
It’s not being mixed in a studio….Chester was one of the best live vocalists I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen plenty that were amazing at shows.
